Calzone was advertised as “hot and ready”, aka the only reason anyone would choose Little Caesars. So I ordered. Waited 15 minutes, guy asks “what did you have again?”. Then I watch them go back and quickly make the thing from scratch and put it in the oven.

The young lady that took my order definitely needs a lesson in customer service as her attitude is very standoffish and off-putting (at least it was towards me). However, when a white male came back in to complain about his soggy pizza, she was all smiles and accommodating. This customer was not nice to her either. Every customer should be treated nicely. I hope this young lady realizes that all money is green and she can lose her employer a lot of business with the mindset she has.

This place has gone downhill. Used to love the Pizza Portal, but recently I’m alerted to my order being ready, I arrive and it’s still not ready. Today it looks like I’ll be waiting over an hour to receive the po pizza that I ordered. I would have told them to just forget about my order, but since you prepay, I wasn’t risking not getting my money back. Associates are heard arguing with one another in the kitchen about lack of help. After sitting and waiting for almost 20 minutes, the cashier finally asks what I ordered, and pulled it from the heat rack behind her. Don’t plan on ordering from here again.

I don’t know what they’ve done to their sauce??? I used to – if not really love, at least like this pizza. But now, every time I eat it I’m left with a major attack of heartburn. I feel like one of those commercials where the giant pizza is slapping me in the face. Really, this didn’t used to happen. It used to be a joy to know we could get a really fast and inexpensive meal. Bring back the old sauce.

I went there last minute and was denied entry at 9:05. Person working inside let me in and let me enjoy my nice, Hot and Ready Pizza. Would come back anytime. Workers look like they go to high school. Gave them a break because I remembered when i worked at a high school age, all I cared about was making money. Don’t expect much because high school kids could care less at times. Consider everything overall, not to bad of a place. Would come back anytime.

They only had 2 hot and ready pizzas, luckily they were pepperoni and just what we when looking for. Friendly girls working made the stop a good one. I just feel sorry for anyone Behind us because they would have had to wait for pizza and bread sticks

It wasn’t fresh and it wasn’t covered with pepperoni so it fell short of the ads on TV which was dissappointing. It could have been really good, but wasn’t, sad to say. I think it may have been more the store and the employees than the chain. So I would suggest trying another store. I’ve had descent pizza at Caesars, other stores that is.

I have been going to Little Ceasar since high school so that’s 20 plus something years. These were the worst breadsticks I have ever had in my life! They were hard, old, stale, flat looking, very oily with not parmesan cheese or garlic. They looked like they were re-heated from the day before to save on inventory and the pepperoni pizza was overcooked. My first and last time at this particular location. Never again!
