Wish I can give a minus start review, talk about no customer service and naughty.didn’t ask my reward or my phone number. We order two thin crust combo but 10 minutes later she only give us 2 pizzas no breadstick. We have to paid for 2 bags bread for full prices. Should confirm the orders before make them.

Horrible service. I placed an order through DoorDash and it was delivered in a timely manner. Opened the boxes and realized little Cesar’s gave the door dash delivery person the wrong pizzas. I called the store to see if we could fix the order and immediately was told no. When the person on the phone asked his manager what they could do I heard her yelling over the phone “it’s not our problem, tell her to call DoorDash”.

This place is 50/50 for me. You never know what day they’re gonna mess up your order and to what capacity. Most recent order I made online for pickup was a disappointment to say the least. Ordered 3 pizzas that were seemingly to be cut by a child who was experimenting on how many different shapes could be cut within a circle. I also had 2 orders of crazy bread that was burnt.

Never understand how this location stays open. Tonight an amazing woman with pink hair and glasses informed us “She didn’t feel like making stuffed crust pizza” and “You know how long that takes me?” Yelling at customers and arguing. Fire her, she represents the company and herself as terrible as can be! Horrific experience!

Ordered on line and picked up, received the wrong pizza. Tried to call several times and they do not pick up the phone. Drove all the way back with the wrong pizza to then have to wait for them to tell me they have an order of 6 pizzas before they can make my replacement. Not happy with the service at all.

Everytime we go here, there’s something wrong! We always order two pep. Pizzas with 2 crazy breads with extra garlic butter and parmesan cheese, the pizzas are usually old and they always seem to forget the extra parmesan cheese and butter garlic we end up having to go back in just to get it even though were charged for it :(. Definitely need better customer service at this establishment .

By far the worst location I have ever came in contact with. This location needs to permanently closed. Associates cursing, being rode, ear phones in ear, pants hanging down. I don’t even know where to start. I’m just baffled at the atmosphere and people you have working for this company . If I didn’t have to give a rating I would’ve because it was horrible
