I had ordered Pizza from here before and never had an issue. Today I went and I waited a long time which they told me it was going to be only 12 minutes. They had my Order ready sitting on the counter and didn’t even tell me it was ready so I was waiting there for a long time. The Pizza was cold and the Italian bread was soaked in oil. It looks like they drop the whole bottle in it. The bread had oil dripping from it. There are new people there and they look lost and they are talking and laughing and not paying attention on the customers. I had called 3 times and nobody picks up the phone. I am not coming back here. So disappointed and upset had to throw the Italian bread in the garbage.

This is the most horrible Little Caesars ever, the cheese filled sticks were covered in gresse as you cam see from these pictures and the pizza was horrible also, they took two hours to deliver it to me then the crazy driver lied trying to make excuses for being late saying they made him wait an hour for the pizza to be made which was a lie from the pit of hell, I called and complained demanding a full refund tip included they said they would refund my money and lied not doing it, Marcus was who I talked to about it and he’s the one who lied to me about giving me a refund, I will never ever ever order from them again. Their service is the absolute worst!

Tonight I wanted to order the pepperoni think xtra mosts… and I had ordered online to a store near me and he said he had no thin crust so I ordered here… two girls working, took my order last minute with about 4 people waiting, they were polite, the pizza is delicious, Kudos to these girls working so hard!! Went to pickup my pizza today that I ordered online. When I got there I still didn’t receive my email confirmation. Must’ve went to another addy. Lady working there put it in the portal and said I need the code. No help at all. Never got the code but they sure as hell billed me! Merry Xmas. Keep the pizza and my money. Disgraceful! Decided to give them another shot today Jan 2. Finally went ok until the person before me was given his pizza and told by the same lady, mgr or whatever the hell she is, “to please never come back to this store again”. Otto just chuckled and left. Kudos to him. This lady sure has a problem with her paying customers! Must be a joy to work with!
