Very busy at 7pm, lots of construction workers after work. Ordered an old world funcyroni and was made badly. Half the pepperoni and 2-3 inches of crust around it. Saving money? (was extra $3 for the toppings)

Went to the drive thru said I would need to wait 10 to 15 min. Waited at least 20 to get the wrong pizza and when addressed was told I needed to wait 20 min because they didn’t to do it. Asked for a refund to leave and was given a receipt of another customer. Had to wait 5 min more and see 2 other customers returning their pizza’s. Never again, not even an apology for the “confusion”. All the parking was full of customers waiting not even going to comment on the drive thru line.

Ordered online from work, drove 30 minutes to pick up pizza. Still wasn’t ready. I am still here almost an hour after my online order waiting on my families pizza. Ridiculous and never again. Good pizza and great prices don’t make up for poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Papa Johns or Pizza Hut?
