Just left the establishment totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I went through the drive-thru and got to the window to pay. While the associate is handing me my receipt, he tells me that it will be just a couple of minutes because the pepperoni is just about to come out and please park and it will be brought to me. I waited for more than 30 minutes and another associate come to ask what I was waiting for. I showed her my receipt and she just says “okay”. 10 minutes later I go into the store to inquire about my order and associate #2 gives me attitude. I am trying at this point to keep my composure. I was not given any type of apology or compensation for my wait time. So I asked for a refund and the manager is so nice-nasty!!!

Got the pan pizza it wasn’t cooked all the way also didn’t have enough cheese on it to flow to the edges to cook and be crispy. I was traveling from Tampa to the east coast picked up the pizza to bring home for the wife and me to eat for dinner. We’ve done this before and it was good, but disappointed that I paid for extra cheese and got a order of cheezy bread which didn’t have enough cheese to cover the dough and wasn’t cooked enough raw. They cooked my order then lost it couldn’t figure out where it went it was sitting on the counter they said it was someone else’s. For $25 dollars I think that the food should have been cooked properly.

Got a single “Extra Most Bestest” pie, despite the price hike because I like stopping by this location in recent years during my travels. But this time around I received an underdone, barely cut pie. I attempt to pick up a slice and it falls apart entirely. Do better.

45 Minutes for a cheese pizza and a Pepperoni Italian Cheese Bread that they gave me something else and I trust them and even the Crazy Breads Burned and I had to get down to get the soda. Terrible service…

How is this little Caesars still there if all they do is let everything go to their voicemail which is full or have someone hang up on you !!! And literally the people serving you act like they hate their life .. literally running this place in the ground prolly for the best tho .

The service was great and the pizza was ogood but I seem to experience an inconsistency in the amount of pepperoni that comes on the most bestest pepperoni thin crust. Doesn’t look like this one has the most EST pepperoni.
