The manager was extremely rude. The cashier was new, and he overcharged me and was trying to give me food that I didn’t order when I asked him to go over the receipt with me and clarify, the manager came over, and essentially made me pay twice and wait for my refund instead of just refunding me the difference for what I wanted. She didn’t ask before she did this. She literally just did it without consulting me. And then she said if I don’t like it I can leave so I guess that’s what I’ll do from here on

Employee closed store near 9:00PM. There was no emergency or note on the door. It was just a loser employee betraying the business owners trust and professional requirements. Attached a picture as proof to make sure the owners are not lied to. We left our home at 9:00PM, on 04/13/2021, drove for TWENTY LONG MINUTES specifically to purchase food, from Labelle Little Caesars. We made this drive special because a family member is sick and asked for this pizza to feel better. Before driving for 40 minutes total drive time we used the internet and confirmed this Little Caesars location closes at 10:00PM. When pulling into the Little Caesars parking lot around 9:20PM the buildings lights seemed dim. The front doors welcome mat was already twisted upside down as if cleaned already even earlier closer to 9:00PM. You can see it in the picture attached. I went to open the door, because the business hours are 10:00PM… and it’s 9:20PM… and the Labelle Little Caesars front entrance door was locked and not opening, during business hours. Inside a female employee with dark hair appeared to notice someone at the front door, during known business hours, and appeared to hide. I could see her though. Other customers arriving during open business hours were also upset, not able to complete a sale, and left. I am going now to post this review of Little Caesars Labelle Florida on every possible public website, including the picture proving it happened, and a video. Tomorrow morning I am calling corporate and reporting this franchises recurring problem of degenerate employees unable to represent the compliance standards of the franchise agreement, which Little Caesars firmly requires. If an employee is that comfortable behaving that bad with trust and scheduling (no likely the first time) can you imagine other things that manager/employee is probably doing bad? So I no longer trust eating there either. Hell no. I drove for 40 minutes behind a steering wheel, burned gallons of diesel fuel, and came home empty handed to a sick family member… because the owners failed at running a business, failed at training, failed at management, and it showed in their loser employee.
