I went in here on the 9th. Nothing was ready. My son accidentally left my credit card. Today I haven’t even left home, and that card was used for a purchase at this same establishment. I called several times with no answer. This is absolutely disgusting. I have heard of this happening several times and never imagined it was true. I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES.

I haven’t gone to this location in years because of previous multiple negative experiences. I went last night do to my time schedule and I confirmed why I don’t order from here. I had to get food quickly and that’s why I didn’t order from my regular pizza place ( which is not Little C) At home crazy bread ( or breadsticks style from or usual pizza place) was wanted too. However, the C bread wouldn’t be ready for 10 min and I decided to wait … The wait time turned into a 20 min wait .. followed by they couldn’t find my order even though it was in person order. That added more wait time on the clock. Whew.. found the order which was a little difficult due to the language difference. But we managed…

Got here after 10:30am and the door was locked with me and another guest outside waiting. I had to call the store to get them to unlock the door. I then tried ordering the $5 lunch combo which is a classic item that everyone loves and orders and the cashier didn’t even know what I was talking about. I had to show him a picture of the item and he still couldn’t find the button on the POS system. Smh

Today was a good experience for me I went to buy a pizza with my toddler and they have this play machine. For kids and I didn’t have any quarter because my. Kid got a melt Dow he wanted to play the guy that was attending took a dollar from his wallet And change it into quarters from the store was So nice from his side defenetly there’s good samaritans left on earth god bless him not many people understands kids

Waited 30 minutes for two pizzas. Having managerial experience at a store in Michigan this was absolutely pitiful. Either shut down your store until you get well trained employees, or get these current employees up to speed. It doesn’t take long to make a pizza, not even the Extramostbestest. Crowded with other people waiting in line. Spoke with another customer, they had been waiting 20 minutes as well. Don’t come here.

I have ordered here many times by computer and have always gotten a good pizza. I like the setup where you can order on the internet, set the time you want to pick it up, receive your code and go in, put in the code, the door opens, take your pizza and go without meeting or talking to anyone.
