08-27-2023 @ 8:07 pm – My husband and I ordered online an hour before to pick up the pizza at 8:15 pm. They canceled the order 10 minutes before picking it up and we were confused about why bc they did not say why it was canceled. So we decided to go to the store and order inside. We wanted to order a thin-crust pizza with breadsticks. But the guy at the counter said they didn’t have any pizzas left all they had was one cheese because there was no one to make the pizzas and wasn’t going to be there until Tuesday. It is Sunday. It’s a pizza place??? They need better management.

I don’t go to Little Caesars very often, but I do love the pretzel crust pizza and for the most part, I get it once every time that it comes out. We went to this Palmetto branch and we had an offer for FREE Crazy Bread with any purchase. We had never used a promo coupon here and didn’t quite know how it worked. Abigail waited on us, we showed her the promo on our phone and she said that we had to order on the app. Of course I didn’t have the app or an account with them. I quickly downloaded the app and formed an account then tried to order the pizza with the coupon. Before I placed the order, I checked and the Crazy Bread was automatically entered into the cart, but not the FREE price. I asked Abigail why and she took the time to show me what I needed to add. She was extremely busy, taking, making, and handing out orders, but she took the time to help us get what we needed. The most amazing thing about her, is that she said that others have had trouble with this certain promotion, but she still helped us out, and did it all with a wonderful demeanor. I thanked her for her patience in helping us. Many workers do not want to spend a little time to help when they have other responsibilities to attend to, and in today’s world they crack under the pressure, and lose their cool. Abigail did not. Even though I thanked her in person, I wanted to thank her again with a review. This is the 1st time that we have been to any Little Caesars in 4 years, I highly recommend checking out this one!

This was by far the most disappointing and disgusting pizza I have ever gotten. It was hard, there was no sauce and very dry. Even tried adding additional sauce on top and it was still gross. My door dash driver delivered my pizzas in a vertical bag. All the cheese slid off. Little Ceasars not only gave me the number to contact door dash, but remade my pizzas. Excellent customer service and the pizzas were really good, too.

Be warned, you should call ahead for this location. Thought I could walk in and get a Hot-N-Ready pizza within 10 Minutes. I was wrong and was told it would be about 50 minutes…I have never been to a little Caesars with that long of a wait. The kicker was nobody was there not even for pick-up…

Ordered the Fanceroni pizza from the Palmetto store. I did add mushrooms to make sure I got a fresh cooked pizza. We decided to bring the pizza back and asked why there was like only 15 Pepperoni slices. Lol We were looking forward to the CRISPY Pepperoni that they advertised. So they explained if you add another item, you can’t put as much Pepproni.
