Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Asked for 2 orders of Crazy Bread, “extra crazy” style, and didn’t even get normal amount (pic below). Also, hostess treated us as if waiting on us was the most excruciating experience she had ever had. She had absolutely no personality whatsoever, and not even the slightest hint of friendliness. I would rate a negative if I could.

I’ve never been to a little caesars that was so expensive and slow. I definitely can say I’ll never come here again. I’d rather dive all the way to Little caesars on State Road 52. Where the prices are more reasonable in a customer service is a lot quicker …. There’s no reason why I should wait forty-five minutes for someone to come to the freaking counter never again

Arrived just two minutes after the online order stated it would be ready. When I got there, i ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes on one pizza. This is the fourth time that I have had to wait extra to a one or two item order. The location on 52 and Little Road seem to be more efficient and knowledgeable on how to cut a pizza correctly so that some pf the slices look like NY slices, other pieces were actually cut a few times in the middle, and the other slices were so thin, I thought I cut it for my three year old (you knowhow you cut a slice for your child that is on average abot 1 and a half ines across? ). Good thing this Little Ceasars is in a very good location

Worst experience ever! We ordered a large pizza, which we picked up. When we got home the pizza was burned so bad it was not eatable. Called & the staff member asked if we wanted an other one, of course we did. My husband went to get the new pizza & showed the staff member what we received . No apology, no comment from her. Where is management in that store???

I had an order mishap, and my pizza was ordered from a little caesars over an hour away. I immediately contacted customer service to see if they could help, and after having me on hold for about 15 minutes, the customer service rep hung up on me.

Ordered 3 of the pretzel crust pizzas, too bad we couldn’t taste the cheese sauce on them! I usually get my pizza’s for the Holiday store but they were closed so I drove to this location. That was a mistake! The girl that took my order didn’t even know how to put the cheese pretzel crust one into the computer.

As a dominos pizza employee, im really impressed with the driver. He was pretty friendly, and great (I wish i knew his name.) The food this time was perfect, but i have had times in the past where the hawaiian pizza was overcooked or undercooked. Overall im impressed. Edit: the order number was 422099 on 4/26/23

Just moved to Newport richey had Little Caesars long ago but Being that we’re from Chicago There were so many other great pizza restaurants there to but I seen an ad on a song that I was listening to on YouTube. I really like the song Trackstarmck is the artist he had an ad for little Caesars so we tried it here now we really like it we’re gonna start buying it from Newport richey on ridge road the place is clean workers are so polite and make a good pie also lots of food to choose from for the price we love little Caesar’s and the artist that Lead us to you Thanks everyone at little Caesars will be seeing you soon

Clean building…. very polite and cheerful employees… fast service… delicious pizza.. always fresh… variety of drink choices and dips… wings are meaty and saucy never dry… cheese bread is on point…im seriously addicted to the crazy bread.. I recommend this location for all of your quick pizza needs… I can feed my kids for $6 what more can you ask for!!
