We order 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas every Wednesday and pick up at 4:30pm..The person that makes it does great work!! Just the right amount of sause, cheese and pepperoni, never burnt or too well done so the thin crust isn’t like cement!! We love your pizza and we know when you are not the one making pizza that night!! Thanks for doing a great job and being consistent. Your pizzas are great! Our pizza is always hot as you time it perfectly for our 4:30 pick up! Thanks again for doing a great job!!

Ordered delivery through the Little Caesars app. Received wrong order. Called store location and they couldn’t find the order to refund and then couldn’t send a new pizza. So I called customer support and then was put on hold for 20 minutes after speaking with someone and telling them what happened. He said he had to put some info in his computer. He finally came back and said I would be refunded. Worst customer service I’ve had. The food we did receive was so bad. Under cooked no sauce. Didn’t even eat it. Mistakes happen but it shouldn’t be this hard to fix the mistake.

MARGARET KEEPS HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS! LITERALLY RIGHT NOW SHE HING UP OK 3 IN A ROW. THIS following post is from over a year ago. My how things have changed. Omg!!! I will probably never order here again they cancel orders without notifying you that they’re going to cancel your order and then when you try to contact them as to why your order was canceled either the line is busy or when they do pick up they hang the phone up immediately so you can’t even talk to anyone then as far as the corporate their corporate office is worthless because you can’t get a hold of anyone during times like this as well they’re only option is to go online and send a message it’s just unacceptable for any consumer customer and or client and the worst part is waiting an hour for your delivery to just be canceled out of nowhere.
