I’m allergic to mushrooms and the gentleman upfront made sure my pizza was safe for me to eat. It took a few minutes to get my order, but it was lunch time and it was busy. So it was understandable. Everything was still hot and fresh. Customer service was great.

The sign in the restaurant read Deep Dish Pepperoni was $11.00. They charged me $12.00. I brought it to their attention. They tried to say that the $12.00 was $11.00 with tax. I told them, no, you charged me $12.00 then there was tax added at the end. They never offered me my $1.00 back to me.
