Manager will lie to you about refunds, directing you to corporate website to receive a refund (guess what, it doesn’t exist). Same manager will also not reach out when you order an unavailable item, and will replace your item at will with no notice. I paid $12 for a hot n ready pepperoni lool what a joke.

The pizza is good when its fresh, have gotten pizza that’s been sitting for awhile before and had to call them about it, and they remade my entire order. I feel like they need to work on their timing, everytime I go I wait at least 10 minutes.

Worst Little Caesars ever. Terrible service. They like to lock the door and force people to use the drive thru regardless of the fact that you are in a commercial vehicle that won’t fit. Asked for a cheese pizza and he said he didn’t have any ready so he was going to give me pepperoni instead. I told him I wanted a cheese pizza like I had already said. I don’t like pepperoni. He said ok. When I got home it was pepperoni. I should have looked before I left but you really don’t expect people to do that after you make something so clear. This place is terrible.

Hands down worst place to order from. I ordered online for delivery. Received a text confirming a delivery time. Time came and gone. I called to ask where my food was. They informed me that they could not deliver my order. Worst part yet is I paid $60 for $36 worth of food and paid a delivery fee and tip for delivery. Manager hung up on me and a little C. U. N. T. Of a girl working there wanted to get and attitude when I asked to get my delivery fee and tip refunded, which didn’t happen. I’d give zero stars if I could. Google needs a button for that.

You always have to wait forever for your order they tell you 5-6 minutes on your pizza. 15 minutes later you are still waiting… but there is always a show… from the door you can always sit back and watch the guy who isnt wearing a hat, hair net or gloves make pizzas and man handle the cheese right after you watch him come to the register talk to the manager and scratch his face and forehead then not once go and wash his hands. Yum. Hygiene is not on their priority list that’s for sure.

Calera little Ceasars is most often a huge hot mess.. poor management, workers arguing ,dressed very sloppy, no organization. I go there at least 4-5 times a week , mostly for door dash and it is always a very bad experience

If you order through Door Dash after 6 pm , even when it’s well before their closing time, they will confirm the order just to cancel it an hour later with the Door Dash driver there. If they don’t want to accept the orders they shouldn’t confirm them in the first place instead of having people wait that long just to not fulfill the order. It has happened several times too. Door Dash even called to ask if I canceled my order. The staff at Little Ceasars Calera told the driver that I called the store to cancel my order which was a blatant lie. Then Door Dash called them back to tell them I didn’t cancel my order. Thirty minutes later they canceled anyway. If the people that’s working there don’t want to work then they should find them something else to do.

This is the second time in the last month that we have visited this establishment. The first time I was told I couldn’t order anything because he had 8 online orders ahead of me. This time I pulled through the drive thru as I had ordered my pizza 20-25 mins prior and was told it takes 20 mins for my order to show up in their system so he hasnt started it yet, “ it just popped up”. Same young man both times. I’d say very little effort is being put in here and unless you have all night to wait for a pizza I’d probably go down the street.
