Only been roughly 5-6 times at this location if I am passing through, and every time it is a slog. Quality is way too hit-or-miss. I pay extra for an ExtraMostBestest pizza and it’s somehow worse than a Hot-N-Ready — and I would order a Hot-N-Ready if they were ever actually hot…. and ready… or made in general. The drive-thru service is always slow because their heads are down on their phones and during my visit today during the afternoon to surprise my coworkers with pizzas I had to wait almost 5 minutes at the window! It was also dead slow on an early Thursday afternoon with nothing to do, and you guessed it, no pizza’s ready. I don’t write reviews for the satisfaction of being nasty or rude — I don’t write reviews in general, but the second I politely stated my order the lady’s attitude and demeanor instantly became snarky. So if I’m the bad guy, hey, sorry I asked you to do your job that you chose. Go to the Little Cesar’s near the Greystone YMCA if you actually want to buy a pizza you would want others to eat and enjoy.

I tried to order pick up online, then by phone. They werent taking orders either way this day so i ordered delivery and was sent to doordash. The pizza took an hour to arrive, and the crust and toppings were NOT close to what i ordered. Never again.

Yesterday we were refused service in the lobby after two others ordered. Mind you we were the last customers in the lobby to be helped. They had hot-n-readys for us to take. We ordered two pizzas and got ready to pay. I believe it was the manager who was on duty that came out from the back rudely telling her employee no more lobby orders, that she couldn’t do everything herself, then told her and us loudly that we would have to go through the drive-thru to be served. I truly feel badly for the young girl who was trying to take care of us.

Lobby was closed with a handwritten note on the door, pizza’s weren’t hot and ready(10min wait), and employee forgot to ring up 2 of our pizzas causing an additional 10min wait. In hindsight we could’ve ordered from Domino’s, Sanpegios, Pizza Hut, etc, had a shorter wait and ended up with much better pizza.

Used app. Never said our food was ready. The Detroit Deep dish while good, came with very little meat on it. We ordered the sausage, just very little sausage on the pizza. Other than the extensive wait and the minimal amount of meat on the pizza it was good tasting.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here on Christmas eve, it was about 10 -15 minutes until close, so they were closing up, and it was freezing out. I went to the door and it was locked, so I drove through the drive-through. The young girl working that night actually opened the window and told us they were closed but gave us a free box of pizza and free bread sticks. It was great customer service, the pizza was great, and it was an awesome Christmas gift.

I went here 1 time, and that was definitely enough for me! VERY VERY Slow service, and they definitely need more employees, and better management! Plus the place doesn’t look to clean, or sanitary. Butvthey give your kids a small bag of cookies i guess to make up for the wait, slow service, and the very very short lady talks to much! The point of a drive-thru window is for faster service, and to get your food quicker, but not here they’ll talk your ears off, or make them bleed not literally. They need faster cook times, and faster service in all aspects of the pizza business! Plus there not professional at all!

Love this location! It is slightly difficult to see from the highway, but if you want fresh pizza, at a really good price, this is the place. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the product or the service. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. They always treat my son amazing and give him cookies and more. They will even bring your order out to your vehicle in the event you can’t sit inside and wait for some reason, even if you’re not in the drive thru. We never have to wait more than 10 minutes, even for the freshly made pizzas with everything on them. We love the food, We really love the prices, and we absolutely love the customer service we get! If you can’t find it, turn into McDonald’s, turn right and it’s right there on the left. Best place to get amazing pizza from a customer friendly staff at THE BEST PRICES!

Just had the $5 lunch box from the Chelsea, AL location. Called and asked the lady to put a little love into it and let me tell ya… BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD FROM A LITTLE CAESARS. Things have been rough for this little store because of employee turnover and poor management. The new manager is doing a GREAT JOB. Thank you for the great pizza. Also, I paid extra for a Ham, Pineapple, and Onion pizza. IT WAS PHENOMENAL.
