I went in and ordered a sausage and pepperoni. The girl seemed to not be focused on her job. She took my order 3 times. She ask me what kind of sausage. Before she totaled my order. So I paid for sausage and pepperoni. I told a frustrated lady there that my pizza would probably be done wrong. And good luck ordering. When I got home I had a pepperoni only pizza. The girl working the front act like she hated being there. It’s been a year or so since I had pizza from there. I guess I need to go to center point pizza hut next time. This happened at 6:50 pm 8/25/23.

There was mold on fun sauce with the pizza all the pizza and breadsticks are like dough they’re not even fully cooked the lady behind the counter was very unprofessional absolutely the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever seen usually Little Caesars is not the best but for the in this case it was the worst experience we have throughout all the pizza that was pretty much just dough we’re out 40 bucks and it’s all because of their own professionalism they need a whole new staff bottom line

The Weakest Link
The food is usually good and worth waiting a few extra mins considering the price. We go there a good but but today was quite a sight. The manager was boxing up 30 pizzas when I walked in cussing and fussing up a storm with 15 people in the lobby and the phone ringing off the hook with online orders pouring in. I stuck around to watch the dumpster fire for a few mins and left. What a mess! Get that man some help!!! Went to Domino’s and was in and out in 10 mins.

Standing in the lobby for 5 minutes with two employees. I was patient as one was telling the other information about closing. It was pretty funny to me as the lady that seemed like the manager started looking for the phone (that had been ringing continuously) and told the guy that “customers come first”. Just not the one standing here that’s already paid.

Management here needs to go. I ordered $35 worth of pizza on line and it said my order was ready in the portal. When I got home and my hungry grandkids were very anxious for pizza I opened the boxes to realize it wasn’t my order.
