Went to pick up 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizza was told it would be 7 mins 20 minutes later we had to go in and ask for it. As we were waiting 20 minutes a girl I assumed an employee seeing she was going behind the counter. She was wearing short shorts she had long stringy hair that was not even pulled up.

Visited April 2, 2022 at 9 pm. Seemed more like a party for teenagers than a business. We ordered our food on the app while headed home from work. Got there after 20 minutes and was told our food wasn’t ready so pulled around front. There was a female employee in the bed of a truck with a guy. She stayed out there maybe 10 minutes before returning inside. There was 2 male employees that had left and returned and other employees joined them in the parking lot. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside and finally got my food. The blonde girl that was in the truck got my cheese sticks. We left only to discover our cheese sticks were cold, like refrigerator cold, with melted butter smeared across them i guess in an attempt to warm them up. Took it back and was told they had been sitting on the table while my pizza cooked. Yeah right. All of this was taking place as the employees ran around the store screaming, cussing and laughing while they threw stuff at each other and played. They knew they were cold and instead of making them fresh they attempted to disguise it. I was given an order out of the warmer that was for someone else. We got home and found that our pizza was raw in the middle. I’ve never had a problem with little Caesars until now. I’m sure the franchise owner has no idea this is going on and the manager was either part of it or not there. I would fire the whole damn crew.

If I could give a zero star review I would. When I was ordering no one told that they didn’t have what I was ordering ready, nor did they tell me there would be a wait. 30 minutes later there have been dozens of cars come and go while I sat in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to wait an hour on cheap pizza this is the place for you.
