9 o’clock on a Friday night. I think they had 2 people working. Went through the drive thru & Only had to wait about 15 mins. Pizza was good but the crazy bread was a little under cooked. With all the recent bad reputation coming from this place, figured I’d share some good news.

Ordered two supreme and some cheese bread online. Was ready when they said it would be, hot and fresh, order was correct. Picked up on time through the pizza portal. Good enough. Update: Ordered a extra most bestest sausage at the window. Charged me $7.99. Had me pull around and brought my pizza to the car. Got home it was barely enough sausage for a hot and ready sausage, certainly not an extra most bestest. Posting pic, you be the judge.

Pizza wasn’t cooked dough was still raw also added Jalapenos to my husband’s pizza paid for it yet none were on it! I tried to call the store over & over press 3 to speak to someone in the store & all it did was give a bust signal only reason I put 1 is so I could leave my pictures I would suggest if anyone orders pizza from Sylacauga Little Ceasars check your food first!!!

Went to Little Caesars tonight around 9:30, waited at the window a couple of minutes while two ladies are sitting around just talking. After a bit, the lady opens the door, rudely tells me they’re closed, and proceeds to slam the window in my face. This location has went downhill the last couple of years and the staff is pitiful.

Wait time is crazy. It seemed like there was only 1-2 people in the store and the one girl I saw was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Waited about 25 minutes for an Italian cheesy bread. It was great but the experience is why I only gave 3 stars.

I have worked here there have been several people get sick bc pizzas aren’t cooked all the way and all around customer service was terrible when I worked there and people wasn’t getting paid this place hold your w2s when you get first for being a few mins late then the manager who hired you made your Isolde account and I never got any of my information nor did I even know about isolve until about two months ago when I reached out yet again to try to retrieve my w2s and have yet to get those and they aren’t in my isolve account I tried contacting the lady who is in charge of all of that and it has gotten me no where so my next move is to sue this company due to lack of payment and lack of responsibility I worked at the place three years ago and still can not get my w2s

The pizza was old and burnt. The cheese was so hard from sitting in the warmer so long and the bread was so hard to pull apart. You could obviously tell that the pizza was burnt.
