If you say on the app the pizzas ready and it’s not, that’s bad. If your lobby door is broken so your lobby is closed, that’s bad. I do not want to go through your drive through. Also when going through the drive through they ask me to pull around and they’ll bring me food, they proceed to use the broken door. So they just don’t want to have their lobby open, liars.

I ordered pizza a window. Paid and was told 8 minutes waited 30 minutes and while waiting employees taking cash preparing pizza no gloves don’t wash hands and others in kitchen on phone.

I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, get to the window, wait another 10 minutes and was informed I would have to wait another 20 minutes to order because they had a big order, they were trying to get ready and that was priority. I guess my nephews eating wasn’t a priority to them and since it was three pizzas and wings I was ordering it wasn’t important to the staff. Horrible service, horrible wait time and very unprofessional, every customer should matter. I wouldn’t recommend.

I usually have a horrible experience at this location, but I gave it another chance today. Aniya was great. It was very busy and she ran herself rugged making sure orders were taken and out of the door. She remained calm and polite through it all. She definitely needs some recognition and I made sure to personally recognize her. Thanks Aniya!
