I love this location! The staff is sweet & friendly and work as fast as humanly possible, Lol! I even mentioned today is my 9yr old’s birthday and asked if they could make a smiley pizza and they did with no hesitation or extra wait! Ms. Kelley even wrote him a card.

I’ve reached out in regards to a refund and they have yet to respond. On the Saturday night of the Michigan championship game I schedule for a 8:45 lobby pick-up, as you can see by my photos. When I arrived, the lobby was closed and the line was literally around the building 40-50min wait easily. As you can see by my photos the line started where the drive thru window was and my clock showed 8:50pm. After waiting for about 10mins and see how little we moved, we left and returned home to not miss the 2nd half of the game. Also I was reluctant to wait in the line knowing the quality of the pizza would have deteriorated, if the schedule is 8:45 but I don’t get it from the window till 9:30.

Tonight at around 7:00, the drive through was pretty backed up because they had locked the store so no one could pick up pizzas inside. We waited in the drive through for about 25 minutes, and after we paid at the window they asked us to drive around the building and park in the front of store. The last time this location asked us to pull around, they forgot about us and we waited an additional 45 minutes. So we didn’t really want that to happen again. When we asked why we had to pull around and expressed we had already been waiting, the associate went and got the manager. A young woman very aggressively came over to the window and started yelling at us. I don’t really even remember what she was saying because we had to keep asking her to stop yelling. She just kept screaming at us and then finally she slammed the sliding glass door shut so violently I am surprised the glass didn’t break. She woke up our sleeping children in the back seat with her horrible behavior. At this point we wanted a refund so a few minutes later a gentleman came to the window and apologized for her behavior and voided our order. The manager on duty tonight should be ashamed of her behavior. I believe her name is Courtney. It was a very bad experience.

This place may be hot but it’s definitely not ready I waited like 20 minutes on the most basic pizza you can order these people slower than my disabled cat with 3 legs on a Sunday afternoon this place definitely not it bruh I hope someone that works here reads this and gets inspired to do what they get paid to do which is to serve hot and ready pizza. Ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza oine for in store pickup. App said it was ready to pick up at the portal. Apparently the kid at the counter was supposed to not let people inside to pick up their orders (mine was in the pizza portal inside). And the manager got mad bc I went in and picked up my pizza. He wanted everyone to go on the drive through which has about 12 cars in it and not moving. Even though my pizza was ready and just had to grab it and go. Then I got this pizza that a posted a picture of. Not pretzel crust and looks like a 2 year old with a butter knife cut it. This store has always been a mess but today was just the last straw for this location. Love Caesars but avoid this location.

We called to order pizzas and they said the fastest way to order was to use their App. So we did. I ordered and paid with the App and it said to come back at 8:06pm -8:11pm. We did that and it was almost 9pm before we got our pizzas. They didn’t offer compensation for their extreme tardiness or explanation. I will not be going back to this Little Caesars. Super disappointed with the service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location! Whenever I want my pizza done right, this is where I go! What is done right for me? Well, it is NOT a burnt pizza and my pepperoni is NOT curled up so tight you can’t see it! My special request always is for a lightly baked pepperoni pizza and they deliver every time! Great customer service and now inside counter service is available! Check out this location and check out my lightly baked pizza pics!! My pizza tastes like heaven and it’s soooo pretty!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST LITTLE CEASARS LOCATION!!! Please close this location! It’s right by my house which is a bummer because I love little ceasars pizza but I will never use this terrible location again!!! They have been terrible at this location for a very long time!
