The cashier was super rude ( Hannah M.) She blew up when I ask for a refund yelling and cussing ,i order two pizzas one was fresh and the other wasn’t ,I just wanted fresh food ,when. Very go back to that location , I wish I could give them something lower then a one star I have never had an experience this is ,then when I call and asked for a manager ,she picked the phone up and said she was the manager then hung up and call bk and asked for the Dm she picked up and said nothing will happen to her ,her team would bag her up , I will never they need to be shut down

I’m leaving a 1 star review because of the rudeness of the young man taking orders at the counter. I went in this evening (5/10) and spoke to the young man who was putting drinks in the cooler. He nodded his head, walked past me, and went back behind the counter and continued rearranging drinks as if I wasn’t standing there – then, I heard someone from the back ask him if he was taking my order. He didn’t say anything, but turned around and looked at me. I left. I don’t expect 5 star service, but speaking to someone is common courtesy. I’d suggest having someone else take orders.

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas. Hannah told me that it would be 7 minutes. 20 minutes later, they are serving the car that came 10 minutes after me. If it’s going to be 20 minutes, just say that.

Ordered hot wings, I was told it would take 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and went inside to politely ask how much longer it would be. The cashier Stephanie R snapped and said “they are coming out! If you want i can give you a refund! I’m giving this other person a refund too, We have 2 people working this whole store!” I then told her she did not have to get an attitude with me, that I had simply asked a question. She then kept saying she could give me a refund to which I said yes give me a refund. She basically threw the receipt at me and yelled at both me and the other customer to not come back to her store. Trust me when I say I was not planning on it. Some people do not need to be working in customer service
