Today, 7/21/2023, I went into the store in Hartselle, AL to get two crazy breads and a ready pizza. I overheard the person in the back say she wasn’t going to make anymore crazy bread and they close in 15 minutes. Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t crazy bread take about 8 minutes to make? If the store hours are until 9, you should be able to order something. If not, change the store hours. This location has changed personnel several times over the last 10+ years that I’ve made orders at this location. If the franchise owner is reviewing this, I believe this is something that needs to be addressed, communicating to your employees that they shouldn’t close the store just so they can get home early. Hopefully I’m wrong, but this isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m a bit disappointed. Especially since my niece is with us for the night and requested Little Caesars and a movie. I ordered the pretzel pizza because the last time I had it it was really good, but this time it seems like they put way too much salt on the crust and they did not cut it at all like it was supposed to be so I had giant pieces and little pieces and there was a spot in the middle that was just a single piece of cheese pizza and it really wasn’t that great, especially for the current price. Little Caesars used to be a cheaper option but now I can go to Domino’s or Papa John’s and pay basically the same price for better Pizza. I still love their crazy bread and crazy sauce though, that is about the only thing that I find worth going there for anymore. The employees are nice so I don’t really find a problem with their service aside from they’re slow sometimes, but the food itself isn’t the same as it was a year or two ago.

Detroit Style Pizza! It was hot, fresh and worth the wait. The staff warmed up to me and we engaged in conversation. I got to enjoy my pizza alone leaving a basketball game in the area.
