The food is good but they messed up my order the first time so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes on top of already waiting 10 minutes. I was on my break too. So then when I finally get my food. I ordered cheesy bread, they charged me for a crazy sauce. It should have been free since they messed up my order.

We really love pizza and needed dinner quick one night so we came to this little Caesar’s. We got the cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust and were so excited to eat the pizza once we got home. We sat down to eat and the crust and pizza were WET. It definitely was not good. We ended up just cooking it on a hot pan for a bit and it made the crust less wet and much better to eat, although still a little sketchy.

Drove all the way over here to get pizza at 6pm on a Sunday night and was turned away. The staff were friendly, but stated “due to being short staffed we are no longer making pizzas, and the pepperoni pizza takes 20 minutes to make so we have decided to only make breadsticks for the rest of the night.” Like what?? I understand being short staffed and having to wait longer on pizza to be made, but deciding to only sell breadsticks for the rest of the night is a strange decision, and annoying to anyone who drives to the pizza restaurant for pizza. Anyway, Dominos it is.

Pulled up right before 9 PM while we seen 2 pizzas made on counter and dude that works window at this location @ 8:57 Saturday night April 15th, 2023 straight said they was closed. He lied because it was less than 5 min before closing and would not give his name so we can carry it over to Little Caesars corporate but, won’t be hard to find out later down the road cause we will.

Just moments ago, I picked up what was supposedly fresh Cheesy Bread. If your promise is fresh food in 30 seconds or less, that is what it should be; otherwise, you are wasting folks’ time selling lies. There are better ways to establish a new location, County Line Rd. Madison, AL. Next time, I will take my business elsewhere. By the way, I spoke with Shawn/Sean, and he was of no assistance at all; perhaps there is another role he is better suited for rather than leadership.

25-30 mins on a thin crust pizza that was quoted for 15 mins. You will wait a while to get noticed at the register. Employees are not well trained and cannot multi task well at all! Come during off hours when maybe they can handle 3 customers maybe 4!

The pizza dough was almost inedible and undercooked. It was super soft and also way too much breading. We already had to wait 10 mins to get the pizza to us since they didn’t have any Hot N readys. Got crazy bread and they tasted as bad as the pizza. Probably same dough and also undercooked. Same consistency as bread being microwaved..

Every time we order DoorDash and we order sauces they give us the wrong ones. Very frustrating, not sure if it’s the way it comes thru on their end but feel like y’all need to look in to it or slow down and read the orders.
