Customer service was the worst I have experienced at ANY Little Caesar’s. All the workers were just goofing off with several customers waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The manager was too busy goofing off with the other employees to even take care of the customers properly. No one seemed to care we were all waiting….

Very delicious, very clean and polite, quick service. Went in again…still clean but we couldn’t have olives on our pizza, the. Counter person said manager said no. We get there and the manager said she never said that. Ugh so we paid to have cold olives so we. Would put them on ourselves. We then eat a half a pizza and find a dime (money) under the pizza !! With this covid stuff I’m not liking that at all. How many people touched that dime. Called and talked to the manager who said it probably fell in the box when giving back the change due. Hmmmunder the pizza? She said it has happened to her but still with the covid?? Manager was very nice and apologetic.

I swear everytime I come here the experience gets 100 times worse. First of all when I order 2 $5 pizzas and one order of crazy bread my total should not be $35 that just doesn’t add up. So tell me why when I asked for a receipt to see why it was so much they suddenly said oh I mean $20 not $35 and basically threw the receipt at me. Somebody stealing!!!! Then they got people’s orders ready in the lil racks wide open so flies can get in it. Smh! Also the cashier man tried to tell me he was gone charge me a dollar because I asked for them to make sure they please put butter and parmesan on my dang bread sticks cuz they are always dry without any of either if I dont ask that. So if they come with that on it why should I be charged extra. This lil boy was really trying to get over on me. Like I said someone stealing….u ain’t fixing to get my money buddy. Corporate needs to come in and replace these sorry disrespectful kids

I came to this location on 3/21/22 at 4:45pm and stood for 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged the employee stood right in front of me, pulled his pants up from him sagging and folded 5-6 pizza boxes and said someone will be with you in a min. After this I stood for another 25 minutes with no acknowledgement at all as 2-3 customers left right before I did. This is unacceptable customer service no matter if the location is short staffed or not. These employees do not know how to take care of their customers. I worked in the food service industry for three years and this was never tolerated.
