I waited over 20 minutes for 1 pizza and the cashier told me they would bring it out to my car but he never showed so I had to go back inside and get my pizza all the while it was just sitting in the warmer. Once I got home I saw that there was actually no tomato sauce under the cheese.

Please fire all of the workers here. They never have any hot food. Rude. Sucks. Waiting 20 minutes for Hot AND READY how is it hot and ready. This is the only location like that. This review is for Little Caesars Pizza in Semmes, Alabama by Walmart and Cato on Highway 98 aka Moffat Road, Semmes, Alabama. This location is HORRIBLE/AWFUL. I have ordered at this location for a while. As of late, I don’t know what happened to the service/quality of food. I have ordered from this location on four different occasions and each time the dough was not cooked thoroughly. The first and second time I threw the food away. I ordered the cheese bread and the baby pan pizza. Each time the dough was not cooked. I took the food back on the third time and the manager, Calvin, told me that the dough was the reason the pizza was not cooking all the way through. He said that they changed the dough. He replaced the pizza and I asked him to make sure it was cooked completely. It was okay. Today I ordered a simple order of cheese bread with no Italian seasoning. Got the cheese bread home and it was NOT COOKED. It was HORRIBLE. I took it back to the location and showed it to the manager, who is Calvin. He told me that he sells over 100 cheese breads a day and nobody had ever returned an order. He replaced the order. While I was waiting, I asked the cashier who was assisting me her name because she was kind of rude and refused to give me he number to corporate. She said “I’m not required to give you my name.” By the way, her name is Jaleesa. She said this after I asked how to contact home office. She would not give me the information on contacting home office. She told me you can get it from the website or the app if you want it. I also asked Calvin for the number to home office. He said that there is no home office or corporate number because they are franchised and they don’t have a home office. He said all he knows is the name of the company that owns the restaurant. He never gave me the name. Well, they got the remake wrong. I always order my cheese bread with no Italian Seasoning. When I told him that the order was incorrect he said I will just give you a refund. Do you want a refund? I can’t keep making cheese bread. I said no, I would prefer to have my order. In other words, I don’t want your business. He remade the order for a third time. I got the order home and guess what. The dough was still not done. I have attached pictures. This is the worst location. The food sucks and the customer service if even worse that the food. I would give one half star if I could. I will never patronize this location ever again. This is the only location I have ever been to that cannot cook the dough. One last thing. No one in the restaurant had on masks or gloves. They are touching the food without gloves.

Advertise for hot and ready pizza yet they have no food made two hours after they open. Then the manager cops an attitude when you ask what’s ready. The customer service is terrible. They refuse to answer the phone and take an order that way, so you have to wait to get food rather than ordering beforehand. The last two times I made an online order, they never even looked at the computer and were confused when I came to pick my order up and had to retake my order in person. It’s just a joke of a business with employees, managers included, who act like they would rather be sitting on the couch than working.

I have also been to the store wanting a hot and ready 8 different times (different times of the day each time) and always get the “oh were sorry we dont have any pizzas ready itll be 20 min” if I wanted to wait i would have gone to pizza hut. this company is KNOWN for their hot and ready pizza but apparently the semmes location has no idea what it means.

I would not recommend this location. I went in tonight to get a pizza for my kids as we were eating chipotle which they don’t like and said they wanted pizza. I get home give my kids a slice and I grabbed a tiny slice to try as i honestly don’t eat pizza anymore and lo and behold there was a hair in the pizza. Not on but IN it. I first thought it was on top and maybe mine but as soon as I touched it you could see it was all up under the sauce and cheese. DISGUSTING!!! I rushed back to the location hair pizza in hand to speak with the manager. Kid goes to back and comes up saying what’s wrong. Obviously not the manager the real manager just didn’t want to deal with the issue I assume but the kid couldn’t figure out what to do I even told them the time I paid and everything. I was given a refund but to me that’s not good enough. Neither person apologized not once. And the manager didn’t even speak when he handed me the money. Bad customer service all the way around. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was reminded of why I don’t eat there and exactly why it has the name “lil skeezers” Bad food and even worse customer service.
