I love little Caesars, but just don’t no how your pizza is gonna be. I have had more bad experiences then good, but I still go. The problem I have most of the time is just my pizza not being cooked fully. And my pretzel pizza has not been good and that is what I wait for all year. But it’s convenient for me so I still return. So in my opinion, I do recommend. It’s very much well worth the price and is good.

The last 3 times we went they were closed 2 out of 3 both times around 2pm. Yesterday we placed our order at the window and the lady told us to pull to the front and she would bring it out to us. After sitting out there 25 min we got out to go in and the same lady went to the back of the store. Another lady asked could she help us and we said we had been waiting for at least 20 min for the other girl to bring out our order but she never came. She opened the cabinet and gave us our pizza and apologized and she didn’t know why she had us waiting. We get home and the pizza in barely warm!!! Awful experience.

Pulled up to drive through window was told to hold on for a minute. Waited for 10 to 15 minutes while workers socialized. Was finally asked what I wanted. I asked for a hot and ready pizza was told with an attitude that it would be 10 more minutes I decided it wasn’t worth the disrespect and left. Why is this place even open?

Walked in no one waiting as I walked to the register she walks away from the register a black lady seems mid 30’s to 40’s with orange head band and 2 minutes later she come back and say what u need really? no NM service no menu to choose from and when it was ready she just place on the counter and walk away SAD just Close this place down!!! On March 24th I ordered DEEP DEEP Dish Cheese Pizza, a Pretzel Crust Pizza, a Crazy Bread Combo, and an extra Crazy Sauce online from your Little Caesars store on (2852 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL) When my husband went to pick up the pizza, not only was it not ready, but he was told they could not make a Deep Dish pizza and we would get an original crust cheese pizza instead. So he had to wait for that pizza to be done. My husband watched as they put the pizza in the box, as they put the pretzel crust pizza in the box it folded onto itself. He was tired of waiting and brought our food home. Upon arriving home, I noticed we not only didn’t get the sauce the Crazy Bread combo was supposed to come with, but we didn’t get the extra sauce I paid for either. The Crazy bread was raw (I had to put it in my oven for 30 minutes to get it edible) and both pizzas also were undercooked, so much so that we throw half of them away. That night I immediately reported this on Little Caesar’s online customer complaints asking for a callback and a full refund. On March 26th I went to the store and spoke to the manager and was told only the Corporate office could issue a refund. It is April 6th and I still have not received a callback or a refund. I have called your corporate customer service line on March 26, 29, 31, April 1 and 5 only to be told someone will call me back. Yet, here I am April 6th with no callbacks and no refund.

So we ordered on April 1 st at 7:30 pm. And paid for it. We were to pick up our 5 pizzas at 8:03-8:13 we go there at 8 pm and was told they were closed because they ran out of dough. Contacted the little Caesars app but no response I have went to location every day and this is 3 days later finally got a hold of manager she said it was to late to reimburse my credit card. She said she would give me my pizzas and an order of breadsticks for my trouble. Went to call store to give them my order and the phone didn’t work what a joke

une 14th , 2023 9:00 p.m. the young man working the drive-thru is a pleasure! He has an amazing smile, super friendly, it was nice to go to a Little Caesars and actually get good hot and ready, like for real they actually had some ready this time, and get amazingly friendly customer service!

Never really spend enough time in/at the store during the entire ordering/serving process to have a input for some of the review but that speaks for itself as a positive for the not only quick but accurate and preparedness of these employees. Employees have always been respectful and friendly, always on the go though, steady most everytime I’ve visited. Oh and goes without saying, but I will anyways… food is ALWAYS on point.
