Finally, after years of complaining, they stopped using their spicy hot pepperoni and pizza sauce. It was so hot even my youngest son was even complaining about how spicy it was. Tried it again the other day after two years and it tasted great! The pizza portal machine they have is awesome too. I just order through the app, put the code in the machine and pull my pizza out and I’m done! No waiting in line! It’s perfect!

Yesterday was the third of three extended waits for pizzas that were called on with a 20-25 minute timeline. We are talking one pizza and two orders of crazy bread. It took an hour for it to be ready. I will not shop this location again. The third time is the charm. I will happily go to another place and pay more or even drive all the way to Summerville road little Ceasars passing the one on highway 80 in order to do it. Atrocious service. The employees there just have no work ethic or pep in their step, but I sure can hear them cussing and carrying on behind the counter. Horrible customer service.

Ordered online. Walk in after receiving two notifications from the app of my order being ready. Wait 25 mins for them to my order in the pick up machine or hand it to me. Only for the cashier to ask me about my order and say “ oh yeah we didn’t put it in the machine when you ordered it cause it was full” I’ve watched the machine fill and empty twice while standing waiting. Always have sub par service here, but it’s cheap. (Also the employees give extra most best pizzas as regulars sometimes) However, now since the prices have raised above $5, why even risk the food sickness from the old pizzas? Dominos and papas up the street are only a couple bucks more haha

Placed phone order at 830! Told 10-15 minutes come in 20 minutes no pizza. Stand around for another 15 minutes guy ask what my name is again and what I ordered. Tell him, he looks again in warmers and can’t find it. Goes to back they realized they didn’t make correct pizza. So they talk about who is going to make it and what they are going to do. 3 minutes later guy comes out and says it’s in oven. So now I’ve been waiting for a pizza I orders for 45 minutes on a slow Sunday evening!!!

The quality you get depends on the crew working. Some days is blah: over worked dough,a swirl of sauce, a sprinkle of cheese. Other days is pretty good with the opposite. Sauce you can see and taste, soft dough that’s not tough the next day.
