Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas and 2 Pineapple Pepsi’s on the Little Caesar’s app. After returning to the store because I forgot the Pepsi’s, I was told they didn’t carry them. After speaking to the manager, he told me he couldn’t refund me for them because they can’t refund individual items in an order, and there was nothing he could do to remedy the fact that we paid for something they didn’t have. I find this appalling and VERY poor customer service. He offered nothing in exchange for the items they didn’t have after I wasted gas and time driving back for the Pepsi’s they didn’t have, when I could have been eating dinner with my family. They could have at least offered different sodas, maybe a coupon for $5 off our next order, or a free Hot and Ready pizza next time. Why in the world, as a company, would you advertise something your stores don’t carry, allow a customer to pay for them, then not be able to refund for the comparatively rather expensive item that is not in stores. Unacceptable. We will not be returning.

The taste is usually good and the prices are very reasonable but this location has a major time management problem. You can order a single pizza and will be waiting for 40 minutes. That’s how long it takes to go shopping, drive home, prepare a dough and bake the entire pizza yourself. Not a new problem either, it’s been like this for months now even though I’m sure tons of people have complained

We always go here and absolutely love the crew. There can be a wait on Friday/Saturday evenings but it’s only about 15-25 minutes at the most. Food is always hot, made as expected and the crew is great.

I don’t normally complain but everything I come to this place now days ran by children. The service is horrible , never have any “hot and ready” pizzas. Like today. Ask if they have any pizzas available. Nope will be 20 minutes . 20 minutes???? Noooooopeee , not for mediocre pizza. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for pizzas I’d go dominos for a better pizza at the $7.99. Not 7 dollars for a pizza from little Caesars which is supposed to be what. Hot AND READY. The last 5 times I tried and nothing is hot and ready. What a joke Little Caesars. DO BETTER. also… ALSO. I could have ordered my pizza from dominos. Instead I drove my happy behind to this franchise and not so happy when I drove my butt away with nothing. Gas not cheap still.

I order pizza every two weeks for my work crew. When I called to place my last order, I was put on hold for ten minutes and I could hear everything going on. I heard customers phone numbers and names and all the ordering going on. I finally hung up and called back and they tried to put me on hold again. I asked if they were still making pretzel pizza crust and was told yes, so I agreed to hold again. When I was finally able to place my order after 17mins on hold total I heard in the back tell her we’re not making them anymore we don’t have the cheese just because I wanted my pizza’s custom! I could hear everything going on. The complaints about people ordering special pizzas and not just taking the hot and readys. Customers private phone numbers. EVERYTHING. I can say this, after this I will never order pizza for my team thru this Little Caesar’s again. I was shown exactly how much my business meant to them. I’ll be ordering my pizza from Luigi’s from now on where I won’t get my their favorite crust but at least they appreciate my business even on a busy day!

This place has a terrible time management issue. I placed an online order at 5:08 and the portal stated it would be ready by 5:28 when I checked out. My confirmation email stated it would be ready by 5:32. I arrived and entered at 5:35 and my pizza was still not ready. I finally received an email at 5:48 stating my order was ready but when I went to the counter they said it was not finished yet. I waited another 15 minutes and then was told they didn’t know where my order was or how long it would be to complete. I received yet another email that my food was ready when it was not. The employees seemed completely content just stating they don’t know anything about my order instead of figuring out where it was. By the time I finally received my order it was 6:20. It should not take over an hour for one pizza and an order of breadsticks. Don’t even bother ordering ahead as it put me well behind others who just walked in and ordered.

They have hired an new group of people and this place has become terrible . Ants are crawling on you while you wait for your pizza. They can never seem to get the order right so your definitely waiting longer than normal. They need new management & staff .
