This Little Caesars location is always busy and popular in Goodletsville. I always order my pizzas right there and wait, 15 minutes or less my order is ready, correct & delicious. Newer management is why this location is back on the ball. They open at 10:30 AM and I will be their first customer today I bet… It’s 10:05 AM! I recommend trying their “Stuffed Crust” it truly is better than Papa John’s and Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizzas. Crust taste like crazy bread and cheese bread combination with cheese in the middle, yum. Enjoy, I sure will.

Picked up an order at 4p today (8/19/23) There was an additional item added to the order. I let a service member know that I didn’t order it. She said that I did and pointed it out on the ticket attached to the box. I told her I didn’t order the item. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for a receipt. She stated that it was on my phone. She offered no refund, helpful solution or concern. The item I purchased doubled what I intended to spend today. I made my way out and offered that she, “Have a nice day,” to a response of, “Yeah.”

Called to ask a question & got hung up on. Had to call FOUR TIMES before they picked up. And no I wasn’t hanging up & calling back. They would answer then hang up! Super rude! I asked for a manager, but apparently the manager is the one who hung up on me. I read other reviews & apparently they do this a lot. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I am getting refused service nearly every time I enter there store. I have entered somedays where the one employee would tell me she would not be making anything for at least two hours, and most recently have come in (during lunch hours) asking for a simple lunch combo, when i asked she said she would not sell them that day even despite their warmers being generously filled with that very combo. If you want to experience good service at any of their stores, then find somewhere else. The one in White House has always treated me well.
