Came by to grab one of their “death on a slice”pizzas and they were closed. Huh? Nothing on their marquee sign saying closed. Little sign on door says closed for remodeling. No one inside working. Has this place closed for good finally? It’s always been hit or miss customer service. If they are truly remodeling and plan to reopen I hope they remodel their staff as well. If they don’t reopen? No big loss, Racetrac has pizza. Just as good unless they are closed.

This very sweet blonde boy with glasses who helped me at the front counter and he addressed me very respectfully. I walked back to my car after I ordered at the front desk and after only 15 mins my pizza was done. It had lots of toppings and was cooked perfectly.

This is the most poorly operated food establishment in the whole city, and it’s not close. Pizza is supposed to be “hot and ready” which is their whole business model and yet it takes at least 20 minutes every single time I go through the drive thru, even when nobody else is in line. Nothing is ever ready. Recently started calling to place orders for me to come pick it up, and they have answered the phone once. Whoever is the manager needs to be reevaluated immediately. Convinced a 16 year old high school student with no experience could do better.

Haven’t been all to pleased with this location. Every time I go in to grab a quick pizza the service is rushed and not friendly. I know this is just a hot N ready, but this is definitely not what I expected. I will still continue to support this local business.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My husband and I ordered on the mobile app on the way home from an event and the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes from the time we ordered. We got there a little early, so we proceeded to wait in the parking lot. The light in the lobby was off, but we could see people (at least 4 employees) working in the back and the open sign was on. We watched numerous cars pull up, people get out and walk to the door, but the door was locked. We got a notification that our pizza was ready (5 minutes later than the estimated time, which isn’t an issue, it was only 5 minutes) and the app said they couldnt place our order in their pizza portal so we needed to see the cashier. We went to the drive through and there were 4 other cars in front of us and we had to sit and wait an additional 20 minutes to get our pizza. Getting home, one of our pizzas was undercooked (see photo, the crust isn’t done, it’s still dough-y). To make matters worse, it was at 8pm on a Tuesday night. I would hate to see how they are during rush. We won’t be back.

I called in and placed my order waited the time I was told it it would be ready, when I get there they have no pizza ready told me I placed the order online and it wouldn’t be ready until after 8 pm, I said no sir I called at 7:15 and showed him my phone , he closes the window then comes back and says we’ll it won’t be ready until 8:30 , so I said no thank u I will just go to Goodlettsville as I did and got my pizza in 15 mins with no issues this is the 3 rd time the Hendersonville location has messed my order up

Would be happy to leave a 0 star review if possible. Absolutely disgusting they served moldy marinara sauce and pizza and then when my wife brings back to show them they offered her a new pizza. Hahahahaha would never recommended this location to anyone
