I ordered two Italian cheesy breads for pickup today when I was about 10 minutes away from the store. Pulled up, went inside, it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine, my app still said I had about 5-6 minutes left until the latest pickup time it quoted me. Now I’ve worked in food service for 8 years, I understand that when you’re busy, things run later. They were in fact not busy, I watched one customer come in to pick up a DoorDash order, she gave the name and they didn’t even look for the order. I was able to see that it was right there in the pickup portal and they let her sit in the store wasting her time before even bothering to look. Another customer came in to order at the counter and sat with his money outstretched in his hand for at least 3 minutes while the kid behind the counter scrolled through his phone, not paying attention. After being told two times my order was ‘almost ready’, (it is now 10 minutes past estimated time of completion) I stood up to ask for an actual time frame. The kid looked at me like I was bothering him, then walked back to pick up the two boxes that I’d seen sitting there for at least 4 minutes. I was absolutely livid, this is not good customer service, if I was the GM walking into that mess, I would’ve lost my absolute mind. We are paying for a service, you are getting paid to do your job. End of story.

For some reason or another, they’re always closed. There have been multiple times in the past year that I’ve tried to come here, but there’s a sign on the door saying it’s closed. Always some lame excuse.. Maybe they need a different owner or new management.

Very rude employees! Ordered and paid for 8 pizzas for a party, 10 min wait ok thats fine. After 10 mins I go back in to get my order, it was only 7 pizza’s. I told them that I was missing one Jessie ( I think that’s her name) and another employee literally argued with me for a good 5 mins saying that I only paid for 7 which she I proved them both wrong and they were still mad about having to give me the pizza that I paid for lol. This place is a joke, I will never return.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff and general manager, Diane, does not care about giving good service or helping resolve issues. I paid $31 for food and it was never made, told I did not order it, and I could not get a refund even though I have a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my account. We will never eat here again.

I have never ordered from here when they have had enough workers so wait times are ridiculous. Management should be forced to shut down this place or pay workers enough to be able to have enough employees. Zero stars. Management please save everyone from having to wait and spend their money. Close this place down. You are incompetent if you don’t.

I called in a order of one stuffed crust pizza and chesse bread. I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes, so i arrived there in 15 minutes. I payed for my food only to relize that my order has not been put in. The young lady behind the register could not ring me out properly because she was texting the whole time. She then asked a manager if she should put in my order and the manager said no because she did not have stuffing for the crust. She then comes to the front to take another order forgetting about me. Ten minutesgo by and then she realizes that she forgot about me and says that they dont have stuffing and if I wanted a replacement. I said no and that I just wanted my money back. Everyone in the store is more involved in their phone than customer service.
