I don’t normally go to this location. Seperate times of getting the pretzel pizza they were out of salt for the crust both times(this was years apart). They don’t tell you that until you come back in and ask why it isn’t on there. The girl up front wasn’t friendly or nice or helpful, she was stressed and I would understand because they were busy but maybe she shouldn’t be in that line of work. The other employee to help me wasn’t necessarily friendly but he was helpful. My order wasn’t ready for about an hour after I placed it, and I’m fine with waiting but maybe a whole set of employees or training could help this place. All in all, will avoid this particular location. The food wasn’t hot or even good enough for me to return.

This place is an absolute joke. It is way too understaffed. The lobby is always closed and locked with even a warning and thus you cannot use the app to pick up your order without going through the all too often long car line. Most of the time that line is in the road or blocking cars that have parked thinking they could go inside or are waiting for their pizza to be brought out. When they bring a pizza out , the worker is often capping at your window. I’ve seen through the window little kids in diapers running around where the food is made and workers in pjs. And to top it all off, most of the time they do not have any hot and ready. They say pull off and we’ll bring it out and it doesn’t happen. In two simple words, don’t go.

Walked in placed my order with a very helpful employee said it would be 10 minutes. Asked if I wanted to wait in my truck. They bought it out in ten minutes pizza was awesome. Very happy

So bad…I don’t usually give bad feedback for anything unless it’s epic..and this was the perfect storm of disgusting. I work in food service and have a long time. As a manager. As crew. Service. All.of.it. So I try to be super understanding. Buuuuuut…y’all…DO BETTER!

Don’t know what’s going on with that place watch four cars drive off and some guy was sitting in line at the window on his phone for 15 minutes not letting any other buddy through usually they tell them to pull off to the side. It’s usually a pretty good place to stop in and get gone but not tonight. Papa John’s got our money tonight.
