Extra Mostest Crust!! After being upcharged into an extra mostest I recieved 3 inches of crust. I asked for regular thinking it would be around 6 bucks a piece. I asked why it was nearly 20 bucks for 2 pizzas and got a “covid” excuse. I’d I’m going to pay near 10 bucks a pie I’m going to Papa John’s where I won’t be disappointed!!

Every day we’re hit with a rush and every pizza that comes out of the oven is sold before it is put in the warmer. As the General Manager of the White House Little Caesars, I want extend an apology to everyone that feel that we ate rude, mean, uncaring. We are working on all issues that you have expressed. From myself to all employees. As for the hot and readies not always being ready, we are trying to make sure they are there or in the oven as they are being sold. I attempted to place an online order on 7/19/2023 because I had an online code for a free crazy combo but their website was down. I also tried to call them but there phone line was down as well. I ended up going in to place an order thinking they could possibly apply the code in store given that their website was down. The guy told me that they had absolutely no way to enter any codes into the system. If that is the case, it’s ridiculous and your system needs to be updated!

I ordered a single box of Italian cheese bread. I was told that there was none ready and to please pull up front for about 10 minutes. I say there for 30+ minutes until I finally went through to the drive thru. They handed me my food and it is only slightly warm and feels doughie.

It’s usually a hit or miss but the last couple of times are just disappointing! The pizza and breadsticks that were given to us tonight, should have never been given to a customer. Completely dough for the breadsticks, and so much salt on the pretzel crust it was trash as well. Wish I could post pictures.

Overcharging compared to other locations. Was about $16 vs under $12 like in photo below. Maybe that’s normal but first I’ve experienced it and the young kid at the window said it’s been that way for 2 years tried explaining economics… Just went to Portland location.

Solid 1.5 stars. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. But it’s cheap and kids like it. Maybe 25% of the time they have a hot n ready. They are rarely ready. Sometimes if you do order on the phone or app your food will disappear and they will act like they never got the order.
