The food is good at this location. However, if you place an order online through the app, drive up to the window and they say it’s not ready, they tell you to park and they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. Well, that shouldn’t be a problem right? It is. They will forget about you every time! I sat in my car and watched as other people placed orders and received them and walked out as I waited for my 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread order that I placed on the app and PAID FOR 45 minutes prior. The point of me ordering from the app at my house is so that I don’t have to wait when I get there. I will be going to the Tullahoma location from now on.

It so sad that every time I order from Little Ceasers I am continously disappointed. My pizza was not cooked all the way through. It is literally raw dough and falling apart from being so soggy and uncooked. I am having to cook the pizza myself just in order to pick up a slice and eat it. This has happened multiple times along with any time I order at the location itself through the drive through they never remember that you even ordered if you have to wait for it.

Little Caesars in Winchester, TN leaves much to be desired. Charged me for a Deep Dish, but they were out of it. I realize it, no problem because they say next time they will give me a Deep Dish. Went in today, weeks later, and tried to explain to Jessica, the store manager. I tell her what happened. She says, “It was because I called it pan. They don’t have pan. Was your order on the phone?” I told her I placed the order at the counter and waited. I said Deep Dish, the thick, whatever. They said they’d write my name in the book. She literally puffs and opens the book. I said if you don’t want to that’s fine. She says, “I don’t understand the hostility.” I said I didn’t mean to come out hostile, sorry. I was just aggravated because she knew I meant thick, but she chose to correct me and tell me it was my fault because I said pan. I even told her who the employee was. “He doesn’t work here anymore. I don’t know. If it’s not in the book, I can’t help you.” You’d think I was trying to rob them.

DON’T EAT HERE!!!The store is ran by kids that don’t care about their job. They continuously try to close early so they don’t have to take orders. They close the drive-thru early and stop answering the phones. I had small children with me that were crying because they had to go to the bathroom. I was in a hurry to get home so i can drop them off to my wife at home. I tried to order online and was unable to. I tried to run through the drive-thru quick to order. There was a handwritten sign that said the drive-thru was closed. I tried to call my order in. After 3 attempts at calling and noone answered, I had to unbuckle all the car seats and take the children in. After I ordered, I was able to run the kids home. I arrived back to the store to pickup my food and the girl rang up the wrong item. My 5 year old only likes one single item from Little Ceasars. They didn’t make it because it was rung up wrong. I tried to order it and the lady working just said, we’re about to close and can’t make it. Seriously. I definitely won’t be back. This isn’t the first time it’s been a hassle to get food there.

What’s not to love about Little Caesars! They have great specials and good pizza! I’ve been to a few different ones and every employee has been very nice with a smile and greeting when I’ve entered plus my pizza/s are always made to order fresh&hot.
