Store is dirty. Front looks like it’s never been cleaned. The counter has is dirty. Grease on the floor as you walk in so I cam only imagine what the back looks like. I ordered 2 pizzas and paid. Then realized I wanted a topping. They had not even made my pizza but I was told it was too late they couldn’t edit my order even though I offered to pay the difference. Smh. It made no sense. Bad customer service.

Highly unprofessional!! I was so offended after taking my order to be corrected. I ordered 1 specialty pizza and 1 regular pepperoni. My specialty pizza was completely wrong but I didn’t realize it u til we got all the way home. I packed my kids back up and went back to the store. They made me take the pizza my children were in the car eating back into the store to prove we had the 2 pizzas. The man at the front counter seemed like he was the manager and refused to give me the correct pizza. After my boyfriend came in and clowned with them, the finally made a new pizza but the smothered it in jalapeños!!! My children could not eat it and I had to buy MORE FOOD. It was like they were accusing us of stealing pizza or something. I am highly offended and will never eat there again.

If your doors don’t close until ten your kitchen shouldn’t close until ten! Otherwise put a sign on your door. Ridiculousness how your sign clearly states hours of operation but you’re not maintaining the operation. Definitely will be bothering corporate.

I love little ceasars! I also love that it’s a quick stop – however tonight, I am writing this review as I am in line – the longest I have ever waited in line at Little Caesar’s and there are only two people in here. The one by my house is always busy and goes super fast. The customer service was not very friendly and the cashier & cooks seemed as if they didn’t care if my money went to them or not. I even used a coupon for crazy bread and literally as soon as I gave it to the cashier – they forgot about it and rung it up without it. SMH – The place was clean and the food was good, so overall I would recommend but look forward to a better experience next time. Also – why do they only have 3 people working at 7pm??? That’s something I would think would make things easier and it seems their business was good!
