Just waited in line for 30 minutes for three cold pizzas through the drive thru. When at first she didn’t have our order. Had to ask for our drink and dips and there were 10 cars behind us. LOL Hot and ready my butt. I’ll order take out at Cicis from now on. Also pizza was burnt….

Took an hour for a pizza I ordered that was already made. The employee even asked what we were doing back. We had never left. Absolutely ridiculous. Should not have to need a pizza remade when ordered at the same time after telling us they’ll both be done when we come back around the store. Felt lead on and neglected by their service

The front cashier was nice but the guy in the back was so rude to her, I witnessed a DoorDash guy coming to pick up his order and the guy in the back said clearly “I don’t care about DoorDash orders right now!” I hope they treat their coworkers & customers nicely because what I saw tonight was devastating.

I came into the store to get some hot n booties like usual, but of course there was nothing ready. In a rage I used my super intergalctic powers to transform all of the employees into rats and I flew them away in my space ship. I wanted to punish these acts by making them eat the enemies pizza – Pizza Hut – ewwww!!!! Then, I blew everyone up with my lazar beams and went home to watch lego star wars.

They should close this location. I’ve never seen a worse run business. Two orders four days apart both had to wait over an hour even though I ordered online ahead of time. Add both times they came out and said they don’t know where my order went and couldn’t give me a time for when a new order would be ready. So they refunded me and that process took 20 more minutes by itself. Will never go there again.

No one here seems to know how to do their jobs. Employee cutting pizza could be heard complaining about how many orders there were, online orders not ready by the time they said it would be. One employee was obviously confused and another looked like they were on drugs and couldn’t walk straight. I’ll think thrice before returning here.
