I got a pizza here on Sunday night! I was surprised at the decent quality after some bad experiences with other local restaurants in the area! I was expecting a so-so product but ended up with a pretty tasty pizza! Well made and hot and ready just like they advertise! Way to go Little Caesar’s! Great Job!

Came in on 1/24 and got a Hot and Ready Pepperoni and ICB. Food was really good!! It was all around 14$ but then was charged extra for 1 marinara. When does ICB or Bread Sticks not come with 1 marinara?? I understand if I wanted 2/3… But to charge for something that is SUPPOSED to come with Bread Sticks/ICB?? The guy that rang me up didn’t care either.

Order was wrong but fixed that wasn’t the problem. The young man who waited on me was very nice, the manager acted like the issue was an inconvenience and was very short spoken with him. You could see the young man’s demeanor change to sullen after that. Then I get the pizzas home and the 2 extra most bestest were freaking raw! Definitely not the most bestest and even though the store was nice and clean, I won’t go back!

I ordered two $6 pepperoni extra most bestest pizzas and tried to make one of them a meal which was just too much for the cashier. Another young man told him that you could only do that ordering online which apparently they value way more than people that come into the store. I finally just ordered crazy bread instead of making one of the pizzas a meal.

My family and I have been loyal customers of our local Little Caesar’s in Kingston, TN. Last night we ordered one of the stuffed crust pizzas that are currently being advertised. The teenage boy who took the order failed to inform me that a “Meat Lovers” stuffed crust pizza wasn’t a regular menu item and it would be SUBSTANTIALLY more than a stuffed crust pizza that was a menu item. We were charged $25 for ONE pizza!! In addition to being overcharged to begin with, I was charged a second time for sauce, cheese and pepperoni which should have been included in the base price for a stuffed crust pizza. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The same teenager that took my order said he was the store manager and there was no one above hm unless I contacted the corporate office, which I did this morning and am waiting for a call back from the store owner and district manager. I find out this morning that young man wasn’t the store manager, however she was standing right beside him last night and allowed him to lie to me. She also allowed him to be very rude and disrespectful of me. My family drives right past Domino’s and Pappa John’s to go to Little Caesar’s. I realize it’s very hard to hire help right now, but if disciplinary action is taken Little Caesar’s has lost my business as well as my extended family and friends.
