I ordered three pizzas to be delivered. None only were they extremely late, when they arrived they brought me a bouquet of flowers from food city, no pizza. I used the Little Caesars delivery link not the DoorDash link but DoorDash brought it anyway. When I tried to call to tell them they lost a $40 order, they didn’t answer and it rolled over to tell me they don’t have voicemail set up.

Only 2 chairs out to wait, and lately (past 5times)I’ve had to wait 10-15 mins for simple orders (pep, cheese, or slices & sticks).I understand waiting sometimes for fresh food, plz provide place to be seated while waiting. Also, can’t place orders for cash payments & when I told 1 of the male employees he said he’s got enough to worry about without hassle of online ordering.

Not ready for high profit, watched two refunds while I waited for mine to finish and that was a bit. Pizzas were kept in a hot box on first come first to stay hot, the rest sat on the counter to wait and cool, yay cold pizza. Six staff and no order, watched three stand together in the middle of the kitchen while the rest worked.

Not only do they not answer the phone, even when they’re dead, but they run out of pizza sauce and don’t tell anyone until they get to the window. From my understanding (told by a former employee), the pizza sauce and marinara are thr same thing, dished into cups for bread sticks, so apparently they’re also too lazy to put sauce into cups when they’re not busy.

I was highly dissatisfied with my entire order today. I usually end up ordering custom pizzas so I know they are made fresh and haven’t been sitting in the hot box all day. Today I ordered two pizzas one cheese light sauce and one pepperoni light sauce as well as two orders of crazy bread. I assumed it would take a few mins to make and I was ok with waiting. I peeked at my bread and immediately noticed how poor quality both bags looked. They were dark brown and hard, and looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the hot box for a couple hours. As far as my “custom pizzas” they look and tasted like they were just hot n readys with a custom label printed and stuck on them. The crust was so hard it nearly couldn’t be chewed. At that point I had already been waiting around 30 or 35 mins for what usually takes a 10 to 15 min order completion. With a screaming tired and hungry toddler, And my other children were getting antsy with the long wait as well. My order was no where near worth the almost thirty dollars I had to pay for the hard as rocks pizza and bread sticks.

Atmosphere doesn’t matter, it’s take out. 4 stars cause it’s what you expect it to be. You get value, what your money’s worth, clean place, staff had my order ready. No complaints.

Do not go to Lenoir City Little Caesars they do not wear gloves, we have been here almost a hour and still no sign of our pizza. There wasn’t even anyone here when we got here,the guy was rude at the beginning and told us go park. 20 or more cars after us left because of poor service. This is ridiculous, it’s already going on 15 mins in the drive through for a refund.

Lately they have had a sign up saying their drive thru is closed. Not sure if it’s an actual problem with the speaker or a staffing issue but I hope they resolve it soon. The drive up window is super convenient for parents with little kids.

Horribly run location. The employees have no real leadership because the managers are inexperienced and inept. Mass confusion reigns inside behind the counter. It’s very common for orders to not get put into the system and people often receive the wrong order. The amount of time one has to wait for a pizza is also atrocious. Save yourself some aggravation and drive to the Loudon location.
