I ordered ahead online then just picked it up at their pizza portal inside at the end of the counter. If you are going to pay with a credit, debit or gift card I would strongly recommend this way to order. It’s so convenient and easy. No wait in line at all and after you place your order online for pickup they send you a numerical pin so when you go inside to the kiosk just look for your name and punch the code in and the door or doors will automatically open that contain your order. Also the app lets you know when it’s being made, cooking and ready. The pizza is always hot & fresh and I absolutely love the garlic breadsticks. The only negative issue I’ve had is every time I order the deep dish pizza the dough in the center is still raw. When I get home I just put it on a pan and throw it back in the oven. It’s not just this location, it’s all the Little Caesars I’ve ever ordered this from.

We ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni , thin crust, as we always do. Picked it up drove home and opened the box, to find a regular pepperoni . No big deal, right? Well, this is where the poor customer service comes into play. Long story longer, we called they said we had to pay an extra dollar to get it replaced. Here is the kicker, we had already paid full price for the pizza we didn’t get. Had to drive all the way back, which isn’t free by the way. And had to wait 15 more minutes to get pizza. All of this and they didn’t offer nothing for the inconvenience.

First of all, the pizza is wonderful, and the prices are a dream. The store is quite small, but this is not a major problem since this is a takeout pizza place. The service is good, the menu has a wide variety of pizzas and sodas to choose from, however, on occasions, some workers may lack the attention to give people cold food that was cooked hours before it was ordered, however this has very rarely happened. Overall, great food and great staff.
