After a long day at ball fields, I Ordered ahead online, drove there & waited until my estimated Done time. Went inside to check on pizza and it wasn’t even in the oven yet. The boy said it’ll be done in 10mins, waited outside for another 30mins. Went inside to check on pizza & they gave my order twice to other people. Bull! Then proceeded to stand inside and wait and the drama started. All customers inside were upset, we got locked in, a customer outside got upset & words exchanged between her & I. I was fuming, an hour later i finally received my pizzas & breadsticks. Drove the 2 hrs home. Never Again at this Location! Never!

Worst Little Ceasars ever. Online there is no mention of long wait lines, Noone to answer the phone, the doors are locked so you can’t go to the portal to get your food, speaker isnt working, etc. So you have to wait in a long a$$ line to get your food. Now note everyone in the line is ordering so they have to pay and order at the window wait for the food and wait for your stuff to pick it up. People being told they can’t come in to pickup their order so you have to wait 40 some minutes on top of whatever you were waiting to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous. List these issues up on your page so people know ahead of time what they are in for. Also, I can’t get a refund today for my order I have to wait till Monday because the customer service is closed for it but you better bet with the way everything went I will be complaining to corporate. Our food just sitting there and we couldn’t even get to it. They could at least have someone bringing out the food that’s been finished…..ridiculous.

awesome pizza they always close the inside early but they don’t care if you walk through the drive thru and they stay open until 10 even though online and the sign says they close at 8pm so that’s great but if you want to pay with a 100$ bill they won’t take your US American money there’s alot of companies nowadays that won’t take 100 bill these days this is the first time I’ve had a 100$ bill turned down they might as well stop taking them if more and more stores won’t take them and don’t recognize them as United States currency to where I haven’t been shopping and couldn’t feed my family at the last place open on magnolia avenue that late

I have come here during busy times, and during slow times. They never have any pizzas prepared. I don’t understand how that’s a critical part of your business, and you can’t have pizzas “hot and ready”. This location does have a drive through, but what good is it when you don’t have pizzas prepared for when customers drive up?

Don’t order from here they left my garlic sauce out and my pizza was not done. They had almost an hour to cook it and when i called they hung up on me. We could get sick. Me and my 4 year old ate some of it.

I’m giving five stars because this is one of the most ran down dilapidated little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. You must have patients and a craving for bread stick if you pull in to this place. The employees make it five stars. Not the food or service it’s the people behind the counter 100%

Went By there today and apparently they are closed but they are letting other people in the door to get pizza but wouldn’t let me in to order a pizza, dont know why they are doing this , im still outside and they are opening the door for some people. But still telling me they are closed, so off 3 more miles to the next little caesars.

The owner or whoever needs to remodel this location. Things are falling apart and look like they need serious cleaning. The drive-thru mic doesn’t work at all. The inside is in rough condition; however, the lady at the register was nice and got our pizza to us quickly.

First of all I have never seen employee’s wash their hands they don’t wear gloves always on their phones food is not done half the time and it is not done right management obviously is not doing their job right because they would be not be getting complaints I could run this store better than that
