So July 1 I order 3 extra most best and 3 other pizza for my sons party, didn’t get any extra pepperoni, it even had less than a normal pepperoni pizza. Call no one picked up had to call the main office and they called the pizza place they did refund me, so I would had give 4 stars. But today I ordered again another EMB and a bacon and sausage pizza again like no pepperoni very little but it did have a good amount of cheese on it. The other pizza wasn’t cut right so that’s way I am give them a 2 star

I ordered a deep-dish pepperoni and a regular pepperoni pizza. This is what I received.i tried calling in and got hold music for 5 min and gave up. will never be back. I used to work at 1 and did better when I was making minimum wage this is just sad. Aside from the fact that they forgot to pepperoni on the pizza it looks like they missed half of the pizza with sauce and cheese

Called in order asked light cooked crazy bread with extra butter. Arrived at store and the guy said l had to push back in oven to get brown. I asked huh? I want it light cooked. He said ok went back and came back up. I paid he walked up with 2 bags of bread and was looking at them and feeling of them in the bag and finally he gave me 1 of them. I asked if extra butter he said let me have them l will add more. I said no that’s ok. I wasn’t giving my food back to be handled more. I get to car the bread not hot like it was just cooked and tasted like it had sat . It was no good to eat. I also noticed that on receipt and on bag it said well done. I am just confused at why restaurants have so much trouble fixing something simple.

Starving last night and ordered one late. Grabbed it from the portal and headed home. Ordered an ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza and there was nothing extra or best about it. It was a terribly made pizza with minimal pepperoni and the border of sauce to crust was horrible. I thought it was supposed to have more pepperoni’s than a regular pizza. This is what I saw when I opened the box. Extremely disappointed.

I’m so over trying to get a warm dinner and getting garbage. There is hardly any sauce on the cheese pizza just bread and cheese “very little” on the pepperoni pizza there is hardly any crust pepperoni goes to the ends of the pizza!? How do you send this mess out without quality inspecting it? Prices goes up but the quality goes down!

I pre-ordered online and when I came in to get my food out of the machine it didn’t want to open properly but before I could even say anything the cashier was right over helping without complaint. I go to this particular restaurant often and I can’t say one bad word about the staff, food or atmosphere. I would recommend this Little Caesars to any and everyone!!

This place is always closing at random hours due to lack of staff. In addition, they rarely have anything “hot and ready” as advertised. Usually have to wait 10-15 minutes for a cheese or pepperoni, when they claim you can walk in and buy. The staff here is terrible with customer service, and regularly has customers waiting to order while employees are hanging out in the back.

I like Little Caesar’s a lot, but this location struggles to meet customer expectations. Nothing is ever hot and ready. Always a wait between 10 and 15 mins. Today was 45 minutes.
