The pizzas were burned. Shorted us a crazy bread, the pretzel crust wasn’t pretzel crust it was the same as the crust on the sausage pizza. They didn’t even cut through the pizza. Absolutely horrible service. Walked in , no counter help. People standing all over waiting. Should have checked pizzas. 1 burnt ,1 toppings in center only, crust was 3″ wide. Won’t answer phones. Corporate Don’t answer complaints. Wish I could give a ZERO star.

Had a wonderful experience just now their system was acting up but they overcame that made me a fresh pizza explain to me it might take a second ended up only taking 11 minutes I appreciate their energy as a customer it made my experience very wholesome And when I asked for a white cheese they did not get upset like Western Avenue did And they were more than happy to accommodate that the Homie making my pizza made me make sure it was to my standards an overachiever it best 10/10

took them 20 minutes to cook 2 pizzas and bread. not packed in there. and ordered a pick up order 20 minutes ahead. was 6:38 when it came out but never handed to me and didn’t get handed till 5 minutes later.

Young man at the counter tried to get me some red peppers after I had paid as I forgot to ask ahead of time. I think he got in trouble as he came back up and frowned and whispered sorry, my manager stopped me. I sincerely hope management doesn’t fuss at these young people just trying to be friendly.

I’ve always liked Little Ceasars, but recently we’ve been getting Deep Dish pizzas that aren’t cooked. Probably 4-5 over the last few months, we’ve kept trying again to see if there is any improvement. Definition of insanity I guess. Every other pizza seems to be alright. Please note that is not cheese in the images.

Forces you to use the app for pickups, no option to put toppings on the side and asked when I get to the store to pick up my order and the lady says “I can’t, I don’t have a way to charge you for only a topping”. Hope 1 side of banana peppers was worth the 1 star rating to the store.
