After an absolute horror show at the Cedar Bluff location this staff really came through! Thank you so much for actually being open when you’re supposed to. The pizza and service were great! Drive tje extra few minutes to this location! The service and quality is worth it!

Sometimes you’ll get a decent pizza here, but you’ll almost always get slow service or no service at all. We just waited at the window for at least 10 minutes (the speaker box is broken again) and no one even came to the window. They were there. They weren’t doing anything, but they wouldn’t come, so we left. The car in front of us had the same experience. This could be such an amazing location but unfortunately this is the norm.

Update: They have changed people again and have gotten our order wrong the past few times we’ve been to this location. Example: We tried to get a pepperoni pretzel pizza just a little bit ago. They gave us a cheese pizza with pretzel cheese sauce, went in to ask for it to be corrected, they then put the one we just had in the car back in the warmer for someone else to buy who I guess thankfully was our friend who also placed an order b/c of health codes. 2nd pizza was technically right but it was overcooked/burnt in areas. The lady told me it was supposed to be dark like that but I asked for one less burnt. 3rd pizza they decided to give me is attached below b/c it still looks wrong to me. (The pizza in the first attached picture had very little cheese and sauce as well as it wasn’t spread out anywhere near the proper edge of the crust. Also, the dough was definitely undercooked). They didn’t use any of the baking soda wash on the third pizza and somehow they ran out of salt all of a sudden even though the burnt pepperoni pizza they had just given us a second ago had it on there which made it a not pretzel pizza at that point. After that we said screw it and left b/c they just weren’t listening. The other employees on duty tonight seemed to be purposefully unresponsive and kept being on their phones, complaining about working there, and one was even upset asking where her check was b/c she hadn’t gotten it yet. I haven’t decided if I’m going to report this or not but the health department would be very interested in tonight’s behavior.

First, I wish I was like the car in front of me and drove off as well but we didn’t, we decided to wait and be patient and all I ordered was a order of cheese bread and this was my first time going to any Little Caesars that had it “hot and ready” (I started ordering their pizza bread because I know it’s made to order) Not only was it handed to me right away but the box it was in was extremely old and greasy and of course the food itself wasn’t fresh at all nor was it hot.

I order a deep dish pizza w no sauce every Friday night. They have put sauce on it for the last 3 weeks. I know I should just go elsewhere because I cannot eat sauce but I even tipped hoping they would get it right. Nope. Another pizza in the garbage. I know I should bring it back and get a new one but after a 50+ hour work week I am not about to wait another 30 min. Please just get it right. This is the only little Caesar’s I pass on my way home. All I want is no sauce.

Place is swarming with flies, they’re definitely landing on your food. Also expect to receive a pizza thats been sitting on a heating rack for too long and has turned brown.

The person that waited on me continually kept stopping helping me to answer his phone on FaceTime and continually say inappropriate comments into the phone. Cursed in front of me as well. The only time I’ll be back is to speak with the general manager about this

If you like burned pizza this is your SPOT! I wouldn’t have left a review if they would have answer the phone. Called multiple times and left it on speaker while watching TV to see how long they could go without answering. They never answered. Told me to move forward for a fresh pizza… if this is fresh I want to see old lol

My Husband, and Daughter stopped by at the Kingston Pike location to grab a pizza to bring home. To start off for some reason they’ve got the lobby CLOSED, so your only option is DRIVE-THRU. Not too sure why that is, but anyway moving forward they place an order of 1 large pizza 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese LITE SAUCE, and as you can see in the 3 pics I was DEFINITELY NOT PLEASED with what we actually was given. I was NOT with them, otherwise I would’ve handled the issue BEFORE we left. As soon as they came home I called, and called and it rang until it was disconnected. That happened about 6 times finally on the 7th call they answered the phone with ” PLEASE HOLD ” I sat ON HOLD for 15 minutes NEVER hearing them wait on ANY CUSTOMER’S, and I’ve actually got screenshots of my phone on HOLD with them for that amount of time as well. Finally after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, and NEVER even getting to speak to ANYONE I got TIRED of WAITING, and hung up myself. Instead of calling back the next day ( Saturday ) I decided to just go back MYSELF & explain the situation to the Manager. Again NO LOBBY ACCESS, so when he walked outside to give a waiting customer their pizza I tried to explain to him EVERYTHING that happened, and he DID NOT want to hear what I had to say, or see the pics. In the middle of me talking he said ” LOOK DO YOU WANT ANOTHER PIZZA, IF SO GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU “, and walked back inside, and locked the door back. My Husband, and I both standing there with the look of confusion on our faces were completely floored to have received that kind of service. I’m NOT exactly sure what’s going on with this specific location, but it seems they are SHORT STAFFED, AND DEFINITELY in need of HELP, either way the service, and quality of food we received was UNCALLED for.
