We were traveling and wanted to have a quick dinner. Near by some food joints were out of my options. Had quickly walk in at 9.30 pm on Thursday night. I gave my order and voila it is ready in 5 mins. Great service , there is no dine in space , but the store is for quick grab and less interaction if you ordered through mobile. Pizza tasted hot and good (as per the pricing). This is my first time thing and will do it again .

I wish this place had negative numbers sometimes I swear to God they’re the worst about customer service they always have been! Anytime I’ve ever had a problem no one’s ever fixed it they don’t care actually I overheard a couple of the people talking about it doesn’t matter if the customer complaining doesn’t come back we sell way too many pizzas for anyone to care. This makes me angry. This particular day I had an order I was picking up from online and these “employees” refused to help us. The order was paid for and they had a sign on the door that said online orders only… they wouldn’t open the door or answer the drive thru window. And I know they saw us. Shame on these managers for not practicing customer service skills at any level, straight up flopped on their faces…

This little Caesar’s has its ups and downs. Used to be my favorite and we’d get pizza from here about once a week. They didn’t recover well after the 2019 flooding, and 2020 pandemic didn’t help either. Food was always 45 minutes past when they would say it should be ready. And that’s no exaggeration. I’d skip a month and go back, then when it was 45 minutes late again, wait 2 months, and so on. Several months ago something changed. Suddenly the food was on time, and fresh. I don’t know if it was a change in ownership or management, but it was a big turn around. And it’s not like it should be rocket science — it’s formulaic pizza. It’s been great the last several times. Unfortunately, on my most recent trip, they were 15 minutes late, it was overcooked (ironically!) and the Extra Most Best Pepperoni I’d ordered was just an over cooked standard pepperoni, unlike the amazing EMB’s they’ve given the last several times. I’m hoping next time it will be as good as it’s been most times lately, but I’m going to give it a couple weeks before I go back. I’d love for them to be consistent. I’ve long been a fan of Little Caesar’s and I’d love for them to keep my business. Oh, and it doesn’t help to see staff standing around in the back where they unload the pizza, standing there eating pizza. I hope they washed their hands afterward.

I started this review giving it 3 stars but I have to drop it after todays order. My goodness!!! The Cedar Bluff location to be exact is a joke. The staff is cussing at each other and in front of children!!!! I put in an order via mobile app. As soon as the order was ready my husband went in and they gave us another person’s order with the same first name. My husband got home, and I called the store asking if they would like this order back since we were already going to come back to get the correct order. The woman on the phone could not answer a simple yes or no. “Do what you have to, to get your order” SERIOUSLY?!? She then went on to blame my husband for the mistake. He got there returned the food and they offered it to the correct customer. Ya, that didn’t go over well. They had to remake both orders. This place is a complete disaster. Honestly at this point they just need to shut down. When the floods hit a few years back they should have taken that as a sign.

Y’all never answer y’all’s phone! And my pizza came not done and I’m pregnant so it could hurt me AND my child! We just ordered again and whoever the dude was he was very rude and would not give a name at all. And then started to cuss at me to. YALL NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES WHO WILL DO YALLS JOB!

Look, little Caesar’s pizza is hot n ready, NOT special, amazing, different or any other yummy pizza descriptions. But, the chicken wings…….while the sauces are pretty good those wings are TINY. I mean pigeon wing size. They should be embarrassed selling these tiny wings as anything other than wing niblets. Unless I am in pure desperation or near death lack of calorie mode, NO MORE LITTLE CAESARS for me. Just not good food.

I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of your employees that worked tonight (Sunday 6/26)! I work in retail so I understand being understaffed and having customers breathing down your neck! There were 5 employees working and in the 20 minutes I was there I never saw less than 8 customers in there (and some not too pleasant)!! Your employees kept their cool and keep on trucking along and we’re still NICE! I think Sarah helped me at the register! I hope you reward your employees in these trying times when most customers are impatient and mean!! PS… I work at Toyal Wine and we are hiring!! You all are amazing!!

Pizza is ok. Definitely not hot. How does one forget to cut a pizza, though? Mushroom pizza is uncut. I definitely did not request an uncut pizza, as I do not own a pizza cutter. Guess it’s time to absolutely butcher a pizza with a steak knife.
