Placed an online order for a “Perfect Match” combo with Bacon/Beef as the toppings. Upon arrival at the store 20 minutes later the was a piping hot pizza stored inside the pizza portal. The pie itself was well cooked and appropriately portioned with melty cheese, peppery sausage, and seasoned beef.

Just ordered this and was burnt. Called them back and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Manager let worker talk to me and basically tell me they would do nothing. Had to tell worker to let the manager know she needs to do her job.

Ordered Deep Dish Supreme and paid online. Got an email saying it was ready, I was sitting out front waiting for the email. Went inside & they couldn’t find my order for several minutes. Finally got it and returned home. Pizza was pepperoni, not Supreme that I had paid for. Called the store & spoke to a manager, who then said she had no record of my order.(I gave her my Confirmation #) I asked for a credit for the difference in Pepperoni & Supreme. She said I’d have to return the pizza for credit. I wasn’t willing to drive back there. I won’t go back. There were no other customers in the store, now I know why.

I sat there for 20-25 minutes waiting for my food and a couple of people who got there a couple minutes after I did got their food before me, and their food had to be cooked like mine did. The manager on duty saw me sitting there and asked loudly to one of them why I was still there and hadn’t gotten my food yet, and it had been sitting on a table or something that the person was able to grab it from. I should have gotten free food or something from that but hopefully the service gets better.

Paid for 3 sauces and three dips to go with my pizza, chicken wings and bread. Didn’t receive it. Was told to come back and pick it up to eat with now cold food ok. Drive 6 miles again. Seriously

Haven’t been to this location in quite a while because of problems before. But thought I’d give it another chance. Just wanted a cheese pizza, it was a 10 minute wait at none busy time. Cashier Corbin S. was not friendly at all. Also the cheese pizza didn’t have hardly any cheese, it was mostly sauce. Very disappointed again, so much for hot and ready. Next time since you gotta wait any way, I’m gonna go down the street to Domino’s.

Not clean, disorganized, majority of crew members don’t seem to care about customers, stingy on toppings ordered the ultimate pepperoni got maybe 10. Crazy bread was old, green peppers on supreme pizza didn’t taste right at all. Watched employee cook with his bare hands to turn around and run his hands thru his hair before he started back on the other orders (didn’t even wash hands).

Came to get some hot and readys, they were out. No big deal ordered a pepperoni and 2 sausage pizzas. After waiting 25-30 mins. Manager gave me a refund at her own will. She said since it wasn’t out in timely fashion I get my money back. I told her she didn’t have to. That was nice. Then waited another 10 minutes before I received food. All this while other customers came in and out quickly.
