I like their pizza but don’t like that every time I call I keep getting a busy signal and I called over a hour to try to get 3 pizza’s ordered but had to go up there and place the order and when I was done ordering and was waiting another Customer came in and said they tryed to call to and nothing so she when to them to. They need to get that fixed badly.

My wife called in an order, and I picked it up after waiting 20 minutes past their promised time. They gave me the wrong breadsticks that were unbaked and doughy, and shorted us on two orders of high-priced chicken wings. I’ve went to Little Caesars for many years, but Batesville just ended that. Never again. Oh, yeah, the server was Gaby T. Really rude with a smart mouth on her. The entire front counter staff was more worried about their phones than they were customer service. Go to Pig and buy a frozen pizza and breadsticks.

I placed an order online that was intended for Batesville AR and when I called the girl who answered refused to cancel the order and hung up in my face, then refused to take another call from me deciding to hang up in my face instead! All I asked was that they cancel my order and this is the level of service I received! I’m disgusted that they are running so poor an establishment that this is how their employees treat customers! As soon as I get home I will be paying a visit to the store to make sure there is no question about what I think of their service!

They gave my food away. Then when I went in to see what was going on with my order I saw an employee messing with his nose and not wearing gloves and then touched my cheese bread poking his finger in it after messing with hide nose. I will not be back.

This location isn’t the absolute worst but it’s not as convenient as it could be. When the order is taken whether there is a wait or not they never remember what you ordered and also every single time I go I have to pull up and wait even if there is only a couple of cars. I will say the manager, Elvis is extremely friendly and works as hard as he can, but I would recommend hiring either new or more staff because it seems like they never have enough employees during the times they need them most. Iv had many visits where I only ever saw one girl and iv had to sit and wait while she took orders and then ran to make a pizza, which is no fault of hers. I will continue to come here but for the most part I have learned that really nothing is “hot and ready” at this location.

Pulled up at 8:58, they told me they were closed. Website says open until ten. They then refused to answer the phone for me to ask what was up with that. Could see them just chilling and playing around through drive through window. Real quality employees there
