This LITTLE CAESARS is one our of FAVORITE places to pick up dinner- it’s our Friday Night regular for our family! Our pizza’s are consistently fresh and great tasting. For a family dinner the prices are great, and we always have enough leftovers to feed our family for another meal. I’ve had my issues at this location with the lack of professionalism or shall I say quality of food or service but yesterday I was blown away by the friendliness of the ones employee working the drive-thru window. She was amazing and showed me that all places aren’t the same. We received a refund instead of an excuse. Wish I would of gotten her name or snapped a pic but hopefully she’ll stick around there for while.

It was okay except I ordered three hot and ready s and two orders of crazy bread. They bring me one sauce. I asked for one more. The person brings me another only 1/4 full. I asked the person if they can put more in it. They said that was the way it comes. I just said okay and drove away. Does it come that way.

The front register staff is vey rude, yet she contends that she is a manager, but have no people’s skills. If this place plan on serving the public, the little rude cashier need to be gone. Today I’m standing in line ordering my food and she asks the lady behind me if she could help her, very rude I just thank God for JESUS. The real manager was very nice and professional, and spoke with the rude worker with no skills, will I be going back? Yes I love a good challenge. See you next time little rude girl or what ever.

Worst service in yazoo city!!! Employees turn the phone ringer off. There is never any thing ready. Got there 1 hour before closing and was told it’s too close to closing to cook. Sat in line tonight for 15 mins. Never made it to the window. Went inside… guess what? Nothing in the hot box ready and 20 minutes if I ordered. Glad pizza hut is friendly n customer oriented. I’m done!!!

The phones almost never get answered I literally got told the phone is to far away from the computer for them to take my order this is upon my third time calling up there and getting disconnected…I swear I’ve never called or been to a more poorly managed establishment but this was so bad I logged into google and left the first review I’ve ever made in my life!!!!!
