Asked the young lady twice confirming my order still came out wrong. No apology after 30 min wait. Store front and kitchen area dirty dirty. I know they stay super busy but would probably cut wait time if the employees weren’t sitting around talking and playing on their cell phones.

I went after getting off work for the day on a Friday. I had tried to pre-order on the app, but I kept getting an error saying that the restaurant was not taking online orders. When I got there there was a long line outside the door. I called in my order and was told that my order would take 15 minutes. I waited in the car until my 15 minutes had passed. When it was time I walked past the line into the restaurant. I got dirty looks by the people waiting in line. I went to the first available cashier. Paying and receiving my order took about 3 minutes. So, my experience was ok. It would only have been better if I could have done the order online and picked it up
