Okay so basically most of the time it’s okay in terms of service and the pizza for me has been good. Atmosphere, it is tight space to be waiting for your order at times. Another thing is the waiting, again it depends what time you go. I have had to wait a couple of times and my orders were given in time. P.S. I do buy four to five pizzas so if you buy less, you should be able to get your orders in less time then I do.

Don’t order from here. The pretzel cheese pizza is not as good as you think it will be. In fact, it may taste better from the North Hills Little Caesars location. It does tastes better, if you take all the pretzel salt off, though. I read that this location forgets items, so check your order. I wish I read that before, because it is true. They did not refund the brownies that they left off my order. They are not very understanding and I will never order here again. I will be certain that I only order from the North Hills Little Caesars Store of Meridian.

This is the worst location in Meridian. They NEVER have any pizzas ready, other than maybe a cheese on occasion, regardless of what time I stop in. With all those people on the clock with no pizzas ready for takeout, I bet their labor percentage is out of the roof. I and another customer both walked out. I stop in here every few months to see if anything has changed; but nope, still the worst. I’ll finally scratch this location of my radar. Great job for being consistently unreliable.

Today was the worse service with them. I paid for my food and when I checked my food the pizza was burnt and had ants in the box. When I was placing my order they had ants crawling on the counter and even the cashier seen it when I tried to get a new pizza freshly made a lady kept saying “there’s nothing we can do about it” and she hung up multiple times. I will never eat there again!

I had to ask the young lady to come to the front counter, please and she replied don’t rush me and took her time. It was at least 8 employees in the back horse playing after a big order of 21-22 boxes. I heard 2 guys using profanity and playing. The general manager ( Niesha) was nice but didn’t push the customer service work ethic to make the others employees focus. And they misspell not on the sign NOTT! I mentioned that it was mispell and they look at me crazy. LOL only in Meridian Ms

Great customer service unless under pressure. Waiting is an issue most times but hey least it’s fresh. Guess both Hot and Ready are not always available at one time. Cleanest atmosphere. Wish they had more locations in other towns.
