It did take a little long, but everywhere in Hattiesburg is short staffed and the quality of customer service I received was beyond amazing. As a former district manager for a different franchise, I’d say they did a great job overall. If I could give 10 stars to this manager I would.

Placed an order for a single cheese pizza and a 2 liter of Sprite. Order was completely wrong after a 45 minute wait behind 2 cars. Employees were busy talking and laughing over the headsets and rude. Do not spend your money here.

We placed an online order and then went to pick it up. When we got there, both doors were locked. The people up front literally ran and hid in the back. They apparently “closed” an hour early or something without any sort of notice. No sign on the door or anything. We literally sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes without being checked on with the workers pretending not to see us and continue hiding. It took us banging on the window for them to come and open the window to see what we needed. Our food was sitting there the entire time.

I ordered a 5 meat and cheesy bread. Waited over 30 minutes. The wait isn’t a problem. The woman brought out and tells me I need to order ahead. For one pizza? And then proceeds to repeat that while holding onto my car door keeping me from leaving. I kept saying okay so she’d just walk away. You do not do that. It was one pizza. If you can’t handle making one pizza then you shouldn’t have the job. It’s not my fault you can’t handle it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional!!
