Would be really good if they could get their staff to show up to work. We called to order, no answer multiple times. Showed up there and the poor guy working couldn’t keep up with the phones and orders so he wasn’t able to answer the phones. 3 people didn’t show up to work that day. Just pitiful.

I went to little Caesars about 30 minutes ago. I ordered 3 Italian breads and ask specifically for no extra butter just extra seasoning. A young lady brought the order out and two of them was correct. The 3rd was so soaked in butter it was just running like a river. So I took it back in. The other lady called herself talking low but I heard her. She did not budge from her spot by the window, but sent the same box back out she had soaked some of the butter up. The girl lied when I asked her about it and told me it was another new Italian bread. She flat out lied. This is the same box soaked in butter. It’s even coming through the box. I took pictures before I took it back in and after they gave me the same box back.

Richton is very fortunate to get any kind of national chain restaurant because of its small size. Now the needs improvement comments. Tonight this location ran out of bacon. From what I can tell they only offer 3 toppings. The “hot and ready to go” section always seems to run out of something then they have people standing and waiting even for call in orders. The customers seemed very irritated by this. Too be fair people should be more patient because it’s new and Richton has no other options except Subway and Wards. I’m glad to see this place is busy if it’s going to stay that way they’ll have to work out the kinks.
