I have ordered countless Pizzas here on and off on my work break. It’s like taking a 50/50 gamble on Pizza. I have received countless HALF COOKED pizzas and incorrect orders from here and never had the time to take them back because I usually get them during work out of convenience (Hot-N-Ready? Right?). What happened to getting the order right the first time? A bunch of kids run this place, and it is short staffed pretty often. I do NOT blame them, but I do blame some form of management that’s definitely older, and they aren’t consistently in enough to check these orders and keep them consistent, because I have gotten rare special cases where I’ve gotten a good pizza, but it’s just not worth it anymore. There is no consistency. Pizza Hut is down the road, and they have yet to mess up a single order. Never coming back to this place.

Fast, fresh and tasty pizza at a great price! We ordered large veggie and cheese pizzas online and picked up our order. The pizza was ready when we arrived and we picked it up quickly after we arrived. The flavor was excellent considering we spent $15 for two pizzas. Nothing fancy about the food, but we were very pleased with the quality and quantity. Glad we have such a great spot for pizza in our neighborhood

You have to order online because they never answer the phone or leave you on hold until you hang up. This is nothing but raw dough and 4 inches of cheese obviously not cooked 100% it’s disgusting

Don’t buy pizza here. They claim to have hot and ready pizzas but they never do. They tell you it’ll be 10-15 minute wait but you’ll sit there for 45 minutes waiting on a couple hot and readys

This particular location never has Hoy n Ready pizzas available. They take your order, take your only, and then tell you it will be 16 minutes. It has happened every time I have visited there.

First time I got the pepperoni pizza and breadsticks, and the breadsticks were dough and the pizza was a cheese pizza, we didn’t know till we got home. They fixed it. Then today, two weeks later, we got the pretzel pizza and breadsticks, but the breadsticks were good and pizza was doughey and done incorrect; it was like a dominoz deep dish with salt at the crust side. And because we were traveling, and you have to take the pizza back to the same Little Caesars, we have to wait until we get back late to return a pizza at 6pm or later with a stomache ache. Will they ever just get it right without hassle?

Nice clean store but there was no customers and I still sat in the drive thru for over five minutes just waiting for someone to come to the window. Finally drove around and parked went inside and ordered the lunch special and it was lunch time but they didn’t have anything ready. So I waited another ten minutes and the pizza was not very good barely any cheese I mean I could see sauce and bread on most of my four slices. Never seen a worse deep dish usually very good if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have had them remake it or just give me my money back but I had already waisted twenty minutes so I just took it. This was my first time at this store I just moved nearby I will try them again hopefully they will impress me.i don’t expect much it’s a fast food pizza joint but I expected more than I got

Ordered two deep dish pizzas, ordered thru door dash, one pepperoni and one supreme pizza along with an order of cheese bread and a drink. Upon placing the online order I immediately called the store and door with mgr to verify that my cheesy bread does come with one marinara sauce and to request lt sauce on pep pizza. When delivered I got a pep pizza and a cheese pizza. Called store mgr told me to bring the chz pizza back, which was ordered and charged as a supreme, and they would replace. Told.gje mgr I didn’t have transportation to bring back that’s why I pay door dash. Mgr refused to tell her name and then told me the store wasn’t responsible for food door dash messed up and that she couldn’t do anything to fix my order which obviously the pizza maker and mgr prepared incorrectly. Mgr refused to do anything to compensate my loss of funds for cost of supreme when chz only was served. Then called and asked for site mgr told they weren’t in and I couldn’t have their name either. Asked about owner or company public info suxh as corporate or franchise. Informed that not corporate and if I wanted to kno what franchise owner this location belongs to or what owner?? Mgr on duty, store mgr on phone and employee extremely rude and disrespectful and resolved nothing. I asked may I return incorrect pizza fo a refund and told absolutely not. So now I will be storing this plain chz pizza til early morning when I returnl to store for refund or replacement pizza . Someone will compensate me for what I lost in cost and dinner that night..best t wishes and sweet dreams lol

The young man named Bradley if I’m not mistaken on night shift was extremely helpful and even though they were closed he still got me a pizza and cheese bread he didn’t have to but he did I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with him and the store and I’ll continue to do business with them.
